Chapter 3182: Native Devil Merchant
Date: Unspecified
Time: Unspecified
Location: Myriad Realms, Realm Of True Evil
In under 30 seconds, Maworm had already escaped being caught a dozen times. She was beginning to realize that the more this game carried on, the more skilled the Truevils were getting. If not for Hive Spirit helping her come up with the movement patterns, routes, and evasion tactics, reducing her work to nothing but focusing on speed, Maworm felt she would have long been caught. But the Truevils were getting used to her evasive maneuvers and their fellow player’s attacks. At the rate at which their skills were progressing, she would be caught in the next 30 seconds.
And she was right. In another six seconds, one of the Truevils caught her at the expense of losing both of its left arms, making sure she couldn’t squeeze past their fingers by shedding her skin. They held their upper right arm up high before the other Truevils, holding the fingernail-sized Maworm pinched between their thumb and index finger while their left arms, both upper and lower, grew back at a speed visible to the naked eye, showing off to the other Truevils.
“Screech!”
It let out a loud screech, declaring itself the victor while disdainfully glancing at the other Truevils that competed with it.
“Screech!”
“Screech!”
“Screech!”
A series of screeches followed from the defeated Truevils as they didn’t give up or agree to its victory, in line with the Truevils’ stubborn nature, where each fight’s victory or defeat could only be decided by death.
Seeing this, the Truevil that caught Maworm smirked as its gaze moved over each of them, meeting their eyes as it released Maworm with a deafening screech.
They were going to have another round.
The group of Truevils immediately pounced on Maworm, while the one that released Maworm attacked the one it believed to be the weakest. Twisting its head off its body and crushing it along with the core in it, the others continued to focus on catching Maworm, ignoring the murder.
Then, the murderous Truevil rushed toward the other Truevils. It had realized it would never be the true victor until all of them were dead. Because no matter how many times it won, none of them would agree that it had won, and it also understood something: it might lose too. And this would go on and on, and it would never get the unanimous vote needed for a perfect victory. The only way it could think of achieving a unanimous victory was by killing the competition.
It was the first of them to realize this, and while it was killing another one of its competitors, another Truevil caught Maworm, letting out a thunderous victorious screech. And just like the last time, no one agreed to its victory and continued the game. Only this time, there were two murderers among them, and they both became aware of each other and instantly came to a tactical understanding.
This went on until there were only four of them left. The latest winner was also enlightened that as long as it didn’t kill them all, it wouldn’t be the winner. However, unlike those before it, it didn’t release Maworm. It attempted to swallow Maworm, having realized that the remaining players were all previous victors and why there were only four of them left. It threw away the murderous enlightenment, realizing a new way to cement its victory. It decided to take the ball home with it now that it had won the game. That way, it would always be the final victor, even if they were to kill it.
As it lifted Maworm into the air and opened its beak wide to swallow her whole before the other Truevils could stop it, a huge fist appeared out of thin air and shoved into its mouth, tearing its beak open wide, while the other three Truevils tore the rest of its body apart and crushed its core.
The fist belonged to Scar. She had come out to rescue Maworm, who planned to expand to her maximum size inside the Truevil’s food pipe, killing it, but was stopped by me, knowing that with the Truevils’ physiology, what Maworm was planning was simply not possible. Instead of bursting the Truevil, she would have gotten crushed to paste.
This became clear when Maworm tried to drill into the palm of the Truevil that caught her, and each time she failed because they weren’t like the regular Truevils or Truevil warriors. They were among the peak of the Myriad realms. If not for being caught off guard and stopped by the attack of the other three Truevils, Scar would have lost her hand.
After killing the other Truevil that tried to be smarter than them, the trio looked at Scar and were immediately entranced by the beauty of her Primordial Form, while Maworm wrapped around her big thigh like a thorny, spring-like bracelet. Not only were the remaining three Truevils male, but in their eyes, the bracelet around her thigh only seemed to add to her charm, arousing them further.
The strong remnant primordial bloodline in their bodies only flamed the primal urge within them.
Unable to hold back, one of them acted immediately, only to be attacked by the other two. It was surprisingly strong enough to fight against both of them. Seeing this, the other two formed a temporary alliance to kill the stronger one. Though they were fighting with their lives on the line, their senses never left Scar, making sure nothing happened to her and she didn’t escape.
However, to the surprise of the three Truevils and the Calamity Daughter Seed Truevils that were observing all this from below in the lava, collecting the corpses of the fallen Truevils while a few of them carried the remains back to the World Calamity Tree, Scar vanished from their vision. More accurately, she vanished from the Realm of True Evil.

All the Devil Merchants working for the Mulias Royal Family at the toll gate suddenly turned noisy in a violent uproar, ignoring their customers. They had just received a report from the Demon Merchant Code that a Devil Merchant native to the Realm of True Evil had used its inter-realm function to leave the realm.
All of them were shocked to learn that not only was there a Devil Merchant native to the Realm of True Evil, but they knew how to use the inter-realm function of the Realm of True Evil.
