Chapter 892 - 322: Asura War God? Is That All?

Chapter 892: Chapter 322: Asura War God? Is That All?

The situation in Southern Myanmar is quite chaotic, with numerous mercenary groups, large and small.

If you want to invest over there, either you have your own armed forces, or you have reliable armed forces.

If neither of these conditions is met, investing there is equivalent to throwing money away for others to spend.

Yang Chen comforted, "Don’t cry, crying won’t help, find a way to solve it."

Tang Xia said, "But I really don’t know how to solve it, I can’t just send people to fight them."

Yang Chen: "Southern Myanmar is easier to handle, I’ll send someone to negotiate with them. If negotiations can work, great, otherwise we’ll destroy them. How did you sign the oil contract? Didn’t you stipulate the latest delivery deadline?"

Tang Xia: "We agreed that the latest delivery can’t exceed one month past the latest deadline, but there was a ’force majeure exception’ clause added. They keep delaying citing the unstable international situation, and we can’t do anything about it. The international situation issue is indeed one of the force majeure factors, we didn’t consider this when signing the contract, it’s indeed our oversight. Now our domestic buyers don’t want to wait anymore, they gave us the last week to either deliver the full oil amount or compensate them with triple the penalty according to the contract value. If we really have to pay compensation, we’ll need to pay them 4 billion US dollars, even selling the Tang Family wouldn’t be enough for that amount. Ah Chen, what should I do? Boo hoo..."

This is what you get when you don’t consider problems thoroughly. One force majeure factor can push yourself into a dead-end.

But, you can’t blame Tang Xia for this, because almost every contract includes a force majeure clause, usually it’s not an issue, but Tang Xia unfortunately encountered the current unstable international situation.

Yang Chen wiped Tang Xia’s tears and said, "Don’t cry, I’ll resolve this."

After speaking, Yang Chen made a call to Zhang Lijun.

Zhang Lijun: "Brother Chen, what are your instructions?"

Yang Chen: "Make a call to Southern Myanmar and find out which mercenary group stole the Tang Group’s three gold mines investment. Negotiate well with them, get it back for a cost not exceeding 10 million US dollars. If it exceeds that cost, tell Bangcai to destroy them. For every brother that dies, compensate 2 million, for injuries compensate 50-100 thousand depending on the severity, and reward 50 thousand for each unharmed brother. This money will be allocated directly from my Jia Ye Mining dividends to them."

Zhang Lijun: "Understood! I’ll handle it immediately!"

Yang Chen: "Oh, right. You... you’d better let Bangcai find out why they are targeting the Tang Group’s gold mines. I think it’s unlikely they’re doing it without reason, there’s likely some hidden agenda."

Zhang Lijun: "Okay, Brother Chen, I know what to do, I’ll handle it right now! Wait for my news!"

Under Yang Chen’s support, Zhang Lijun’s controlled mercenary group in Southern Myanmar now exceeds 1000 people, equipped with excellent weapons.

No matter who stole the Tang Group’s gold mines, the opponent should not dare to act tough, right?

If they really act tough, let them have a big fight.

Train soldiers for a thousand days to use them for a moment, they’ve been spending Yang Chen’s money, it’s time to show their worth.

Therefore, Yang Chen is not concerned about the three gold mines’ issue, it’s the oil order that’s a bit troublesome.

Yang Chen doesn’t have any business dealings with the United Arab Emirates, the only connection is Little Princess Maya.

But for such a big issue, even if Little Princess Maya asks her mother for help, her mother, being a housewife, can’t resolve it.

Moreover, she likely dares not contact her family, after all, her brother has already come to Dragon Country to find her, she’s too busy hiding, how could she be willing to step out and help?

At this moment, Ye Xuan called Tang Xia.

Tang Xia looked at Yang Chen.

Yang Chen smiled, basically knowing who’s behind the scenes.

"Answer it, he should be ready to reveal his cards to you." Yang Chen said.

Tang Xia: "You mean he’s the one causing trouble behind the scenes?"

Yang Chen: "It’s him for sure."

Tang Xia’s expression immediately turned to anger, she instantly answered the call and pressed the speakerphone.

Ye Xuan: "Good evening, Miss Tang."

Tang Xia: "Why are you calling me?"

Ye Xuan: "Nothing much. I heard your Tang Group’s three gold mines investment in Southern Myanmar got hijacked, and your order with the United Arab Emirates also ran into problems. So I’m calling to see if you need help. I have some connections in Southern Border; I can’t say I’m 100% sure I can resolve it, but at least 80% chance. I don’t have ties with the United Arab Emirates, but I can help you settle things with Hai City Petrochemical Group, give you more time. What do you think, need help?"

Tang Xia: "How do you know all this? Are you behind it?"

Ye Xuan: "Haha... I told you, I’ve got some connections, and I’ve been keeping an eye on your Tang Family. Any sign of trouble, I would know immediately. If the gold mines are gone, and you have to pay compensation for the oil order, even selling the entire Tang Family wouldn’t cover it. I’m in room 1208 at the Four Seasons Hotel, come find me, and let’s discuss how to solve this catastrophe."

This guy even booked the hotel room, clearly knowing the Tang Family’s situation inside-out, and is absolutely confident he can manipulate Tang Xia.

Yang Chen nodded with a smile, Tang Xia promptly replied, "Okay! I’m coming to find you now."

Then, Tang Xia hung up the phone.

Yang Chen got a coat for Tang Xia, helping her wear it, and took her to the hotel to meet Ye Xuan.

At this time, Ye Xuan lay on the hotel bed, smugly talking to himself, "This time I won’t be able to handle you? I don’t believe Yang Chen would fork out hundreds of billions to help you pay the penalty, there isn’t such a foolish man in this world!"
