Chapter 2030: The Circle of Constellations And The Circle of Hell

Because of everything that was happening and the desperate plan she had formed, Elayne decided to take the enormous risk and repeat the same dangerous "bug" she had exploited before. She destroyed and absorbed the power of a Class Stone once more, deliberately altering her own data in the process and forcing the creation of a hybrid class through carefully recovered fragments of class information.

This method had created the powerful class she currently possessed, yet she knew with absolute certainty that she needed far more than that now. She needed something much greater if she hoped to survive what was coming.

She understood that reproducing the exact same error was nearly impossible. The system had almost certainly patched that vulnerability by now, even if she destroyed another class change stone.

This was why she turned to her strange and unpredictable sword art known as Error Input Arts. She used it to corrupt the data even further, deliberately forcing the System to reconstruct everything against its own protocols and preferences.

Elayne did not hate the system, nor did she truly wish to destroy it. In this moment, however, she was willing to push it as far as it would go.

[Due to a processing error, your Class Change has been temporarily halted and the data collected was corrupted.]

Elayne’s eyes widened in pure shock as the glowing words burned themselves into her mind, shining brightly across the system window.

Two fused circles at once?

Was the System truly allowing her to possess both, or would it force her to choose between them?

The answer arrived almost immediately.

In that pivotal moment, Elayne’s aura erupted around her like a living tree forged from infernal fire and radiant stars, distorting the very fabric of reality in every direction.

Jester’s face twitched for a brief second as he noticed the change.

"Huh? What’s that supposed to be? Some nice little illusion or trick? Hahaha! Tier 3... what is that even going to do for you anyway?!"

He laughed mockingly and snapped his fingers with theatrical flair.

"Well! This is taking way too long. If you’re going to keep acting all stoic and silent, it’s time to fucking break you!"

His laughter grew louder as the world around Elayne transformed in an instant. Thousands of elaborate torture traps and cruel weapons materialized from every angle. Giant tentacles belonging to Hollows surged forward and wrapped tightly around her legs and arms, holding her completely still.

"E-ELAYNE!"

Everyone watching cried out in panic as they saw her trapped and seemingly powerless before Jester. He continued to wonder aloud why she remained so serious and unmoving, completely unable to understand that she was already deep in concentration, carefully tapping into and mastering the two new circles as thoroughly as she could in those precious seconds.

[Speech of the Stars – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [You can speak in celestial stellar languages to issue commands, grant instant buffs, or reveal hidden truths and weaknesses to allies while debuffing foes with cosmic insight. Constellations, Beasts, and other beings can understand your words and respond in kind.]

[Starry Totem – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [You gain the ability to harness the power of constellations to alter your form and bring forth a Starry Totem of a chosen Constellation for your aid. The Constellation is selected from a random pool of three, each possessing unique abilities and powers. Each Level increases the power of the Totem and your Transformation, as well as the duration you can remain transformed, which depends on Spiritual Energy and Mana.]

[Thousand Constellations – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [Channel the power of a Constellation and call forth their strength into the Mortal Realm. Depending on which Constellation you randomly summon, a different Spell will be unleashed. This is dangerous Wild Magic. With each Level, the Power of the Spell increases. Sufficient mastery of Speech of the Stars and Starry Totem will eventually allow you to choose and control the Constellations that are summoned.]

[Infernal Grounds – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [Corrupts the surrounding terrain into a hellish inferno that damages and weakens enemies over time while empowering undead, plant, and demon allies with the power of Demonic Fire. Instantly creates an {Infernal Grounds} Terrain of 100 Tiles around you when conjured. Dead foes will have part of their souls burned away, generating Infernal Energy that can be used for the conjuration of Druidic Demon Magic.]

[Invoke Demon – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [Spend Souls, Soul Energy, and/or Infernal Energy to call forth a demonic or hellish entity from the Circle of Hell to fight for you. You gain partial control over their chaotic nature depending on your strength compared to theirs and the energy and offerings you provide. Demons are summoned randomly at first, but with time and practice some may grow fond of you and appear more frequently.]

[Crown of Madness – Tier 3: Level 1/30]: [Invoke a Crown born from Madness upon a foe or multiple foes, forcing them into a [Berserk] State that enhances their Physical Strength and drives them to attack anyone in sight while they continuously suffer [Hellish Burn] Damage. You absorb one-third of the Damage they take as Spirit Energy, Mana, and Infernal Energy. Once a target dies while wearing a Crown of Madness, their Souls become yours to torment and use as you see fit.]

As Elayne read through the newly acquired Skills, her eyes widened further in genuine awe at the sheer scope of power now available to her.

Then she lifted her gaze and looked directly at Jester. For the first time in a long while, she opened her mouth and spoke with clear purpose.

"Break Free."

Speech of the Stars activated instantly.

Her Mana transformed into pure Starlight that surged outward, destroying the bindings in a flash and burning the thick tentacles to ash with searing star fire.

"Hm?!"

Jester’s expression twisted into pure disbelief as he watched her break free with almost effortless ease.

She gave him no time to process what had just occurred.

"Crown of Madness."
