"What is it, Belle?"

Fang Raon asked.

Xiao Yue also came to look at the chat message. The stream chat window was invisible for her. But then Raon made it visible for her.

[LadyBelle: Rasmus is heading for the city. It doesn’t look like he is planning to go party. I think he will launch an attack]

"He will just get banned."

Fang Raon said.

"Not necessarily... There are items that allow players to cancel out the Safe Zone. There is one specific item that allows the removal of the Safe Zone for one whole day.

"It’s considered as one of the most dangerous items in the game—it’s called the Orb of the Doomsday."

Xiao Yue said with a serious look on her face.

"And you think Rasmus has his hands on it?"

Fang Raon asked and looked at her face and then saw her look back at him, and it didn’t seem like she only thought that.

She seemed to know that Rasmus had it.

"It was one of the items that Dead Redemption got for completing 56th Floor. That item ended up in Rook’s possession at first, but I remember Rasmus and him having deep discussions after we cleared that floor.

"It could be that Rasmus made a trade with Rook to get that."

Xiao Yue said.

"What does he actually intend to do? Just head to the Safe Zone and start killing everyone in sight?"

Fang Raon asked.

"I think he is planning to drain everybody’s blood to strengthen himself."

Xiao Yue said.

"You already said that in his current form he is already strong enough to kill us. Why is he going to such lengths?"

Fang Raon asked.

"I don’t know."

Xiao Yue said.

Rasmus was always a loose cannon, and he did things that didn’t quite make any sense—but he was one of the most dangerous players in the game.

"I don’t think we should bother with this. Let’s just head to the 19th floor. We cannot stop Rasmus even if we try."

Xiao Yue said.

"..."

Fang Raon stayed quiet.

He was thinking about it, and there really wasn’t any incentive to try to stop Rasmus—it would only most likely lead to their death.

"Wait..."

Fang Raon realized something and turned to look at Xiao Yue with a look of urgency—it even surprised her.

"I know why he is doing all of this."

"Why?"

Xiao Yue asked.

"Because of you."

Fang Raon pointed at her and then said, "He is planning to attack your guild."

It was suicidal to attack the whole guild as a solo, but if Rasmus succeeded in draining blood from hundreds of players, he would literally be a one-man army.

"...He will go that far?"

Xiao Yue’s eyes turned cold.

"I think we need to stop him before that. Call your guild over here. Let’s put an end to him before he reaches the city."

Fang Raon said.

She agreed, and then she pulled out her chat window and started sending messages to all of her guild members.

"How close is he from the city?"

She asked from Raon’s chat, and at that moment, LadyBelle, who had kept an eye on his stream, answered.

[LadyBelle: Still quite far away. He is walking, for some reason]

"He is trying to save his strength. If he used Godspeed or even if he used Tower Pearl, the blood that he had already drained would deplete.

"He is planning to save as much of his stolen strength as possible for his attack against the city."

Xiao Yue said.

’That means we have time to gather everyone. We cannot allow him to reach the city or it will become impossible to deal with him.’

Fang Raon thought.

"Done, I sent messages to everyone."

Xiao Yue said.

A party was currently in a full swing. The players were laughing and chatting. Drinking alcohol and eating meat.

"Rocks thrown, ground pummelled, and enemies defeated—this is a song about rocks, ground, and enemies!"

A man played guitar. He was singing loudly.

"Gulp! Gulp! Gulp!"

Graham sat at the back. Chugging beer like there was no tomorrow. He was the second-in-command of Dämonenköniginnenheer.

In real life, he was a loyal lieutenant of the Rorazon Crime Family and had been in the organization for over a decade.

Before the days of Black Online, he was the family’s hitman, and fixer—doing all sorts of things that needed to be done to keep the family on top.

Now.

He was Xiao Yue’s babysitter—King Rorazon insisted—he wanted to keep his little princess safe from any harm.

To protect her even in here, he poured all of his effort into leveling up—to make sure that he was strong enough to protect him even against the strongest of the players.

With his already extensive fighting background in real life, he was a true powerhouse to the true sense of the word.

He just kept it low and wasn’t showing off his strength to everybody like Leon.

However.

Just recently he failed to keep Xiao Yue save. A video appeared—the Hunt for the Butcher—that showed her in danger.

With him nowhere to be seen.

King Rorazon did not like what he saw... not one bit...

He was lucky that King Rorazon didn’t kill him for letting Xiao Yue get in so much danger—especially after what happened with her sister.

Devon was now sworn enemy of the family—he was killed on sight—even if it was in the real world.

Ding~! Ding~!

At that moment, everyone in the party received a message—it came from Xiao Yue—it was a distress call.

"..."

Graham looked at the message.

He immediately put the alcohol down, and he grabbed the crimson cape from the chair and put it on.

Every player in the party stopped whatever they were doing and put on their crimson armors—it made them look like Red Knights of a mysterious and powerful kingdom.

"Princess Yue is in danger. We kill everybody that gets in our way!"

Graham shouted.

"YEAH!"

Everyone shouted, and all of them pulled out their Tower Pearls, and purple mist swept through the room.

In just a second, all of them had vanished.
