Beneath the Red Dragon
Chapter 889: Abomination and the Way of Survival_3
The term “Divine Abomination,” as the name suggests, is closely related to the Divine Spirits.
The majority of Divine Abominations are either remnants of the Divine Spirits, descendants of their bloodlines, or creatures accidentally created by their powers, or they are beings catalyzed into existence by forces such as Divinity and Divine Fire.
On the other hand, evils are a type of the Primordial Gods—the Desolate Gods, ancient and malevolent, powerful beings, most of whom possess powers great enough to rival demigods, with some even surpassing them and having world-ending capabilities.
For instance, the Chaos Demon Dog, which once bit off the arm of a so-called God of Justice, is a representative of these evils.
And Karon Gogomola, this Ancestral Red Dragon, once caught a glimpse in the Spiritual Realm of the original Leviathan recorded on a stone tablet.
“Abominations,” too, carry a similar fusion with these evils.
“Abominations” are also offspring of those primordial beings and the offspring of their bloodlines left in the world, like the descendants of the original Leviathan, and the Hundred-armed Giants, those powerful beings.
The difference between these “Abominations” and the evils lies in the fact that they do not belong to the original gods, yet they possess the formidable powers of primordial beings.
Furthermore, the greatest difference between “Abominations” and evils is that the motivation and inner core will of the evils are determined at their conception, being influenced by the powers and certain capabilities they master.
But “Abominations” are results of the independent will transformations of certain powerful primordial beings, somewhat akin to two “unknown” gods trying to destroy the world for destructive power.
And the Multi-armed Giant Mogyes possesses bloodlines from both ancient “Abominations” like the Hundred-armed Giants and ancient Multi-headed Giants.
Although the Hundred-armed Giant’s blood within the Multi-armed Giant Mogyes doesn’t seem to dominate, making it not truly an “Abomination,” the power of this Multi-armed Giant at this moment is unparalleled.
In the eyes of the Legendary Mage Reito, the ability to shrink its form is not through Transformation Skill or Shrinking Skill spells, but achieved purely by the physical control of the King of Multi-Armed Giants.
Before the King of Multi-Armed Giants Mogyes showcased his full strength, the death knell began ringing in Reito’s ears.
Those few alchemical weapons and magic-guided heavy cannons that were hastily fired, bringing a resonant explosion sound, were directly crushed by the fists of the Multi-armed Giant Mogyes.
Boom,
The shockwave blasted by the punch shook the entire space in front of the city wall.
Yet, the impact of these heavy cannons and alchemical weapons merely paused the steps of this Multi-armed Giant ever so slightly.
Without a concentrated bombardment, this Multi-armed Giant had nothing else to worry about.
“Hehehe…”
The laughter of the Multi-armed Giant Mogyes reverberated through the entirety of Dorabi City, as he laughed: “You cowardly scum, it is your honor to die beneath my fists!”
Under the feet of the Legendary Mage Reito, countless magic runes surged in an instant, constructing a synchronizing teleportation spell within a second. He needed to gather all legendary-level forces to attempt to confront this Multi-armed Giant, undeterred by the legion’s firepower.
But a deadly premonition surged as a massive wave within the magic protection spell’s fluctuations on him. Turning in shock, Reito saw the unimposing figure standing on the shoulder of the Multi-armed Giant Mogyes.
The tied-up golden hair became the focus for Reito, and the exaggeratedly large longbow was drawn, and the arrow made from the World Tree Branch was aimed at Reito at that moment.
The greatest threat to the Multi-armed Giant and the two legendary figures from the Alliance of Kings was this Legendary Mage, and thus the Sun Elf had already locked onto him.
“I will die under this arrow,”
This terrifying thought echoed in Reito’s mind, and thus, layer upon layer of spatial portals opened, and he fled!
