Thus, the architecture of the Golden Empire carried with it a grand, majestic, and coldly divine artistic sense.

Obilash looked up at the Judicial Court, a place even a Giant Dragon had to look up to, and a phrase involuntarily came to his mind.

"Optimism is for the shallow, but optimists born of pessimism are those who, having experienced life's perils and hardships, reaffirm life and the future,"

"A person's life has two starts; when you truly realize there's only one, the second begins!"

Obilash smiled subtly, revealing his white tusks to the Guard Knight at the door of the court, his drooping tail straightening as he stepped into the Judicial Court.

As the officially appointed Dragon Lord by the Golden Empire, the Ancestral Golden Dragon Obilash had the privilege to step alone into the Imperial Court of Justice's underground prison.

Under the gaze of numerous Prison Guards, Obilash slowly walked to the far end of this underground prison.

This was the widest cell, spacious enough to confine the massive forms of giant dragons and giants.

And within these two cells were imprisoned two huge dragons.

One was a noble and awe-inspiring Mature Golden Dragon, the other a still-beautiful Adult Silver Dragon.

These were Oblash's father and mother, the Lucky Ones who survived that night under the claws of the Ancestral Red Dragon Karon Gogomola.

Yet now these two dragons seemed somewhat miserable; although not completely killed in that battle, the massive depletion of True Blood left their sources damaged.

Not only had their strength entered a period of decline, far from their former power,

But being bound by Demon-Banning Shackles also prevented the complete healing of the wounds on their bodies, with scorch marks from the Ancestral Red Dragon's fury still visible on their surfaces, unable to be erased.

If not for the deep but steady breathing of these two dragons, others might have thought they were already dead.

It was this innate dragon bloodline that allowed these two Adult Dragons not only to survive after their sources were injured but also not to degenerate into mad beasts.

Once each dragon matured, the knowledge treasure vault hidden within the True Blood of the dragons would fully open, allowing the dragon's will to run wild, freely tapping into the potential and treasures of their bloodline.

The bloodline treasure vault of the dragons could thus, in some way, be referred to as a place for temporarily storing their consciousness.

This is also why these dragons, like the Titans, who naturally possess a heritage far surpassing mortal creatures, could retain all their consciousness intact even after all their flesh was melted and the bodies which contain their consciences were burned.

In contrast, if it were other weaker species, such as those short-lived humans, even if they rose beyond legends, after suffering such severe repeated devastation, even if they recovered their bodies through powerful healing and regeneration abilities, their entire complete mental consciousness would be damaged and deficient.

The lightest suffering would be a fall in strength, unable to possess the profound powers of other legends ever again, while the gravest would turn them into a mentally torn madman, or a crazed beast.

Only those Legendary Powerhouses who grasp the Legendary Celestial Destiny, forming the Law of Destiny unique to themselves through their ethos, can carry all their mental capacities; as long as their spirit remains unbroken, their law unshattered, their bodies could regenerate unharmed multiple times.

The laws of fate formed by their spiritual will also, to some extent, become unbreakable anchors to preserve the peak state of those Legendary Powerhouses.

Theoretically speaking, as long as a Legendary Destiny has sufficient energy and resilient enough will, what you face will forever be the peak state of the legend.

Obilash's heavy footsteps halted before the cell, awakening the two lightly slumbering dragons from their rest.

Indomitable pupils lit up in the somewhat dim underground cell, akin to four lanterns ablaze with golden light.

Upon seeing the visitor before them clearly, the fiery light in the eyes of the two trapped dragons dimmed, accompanied by surprised, joyous, and complexly intertwined Dragon Language voices echoing.

"Obilash?"

"My child!"

Colorful Dragons typically do not particularly value offspring, with many Evil Dragons hurriedly driving their offspring out of the nest once they reach adolescence.

Some ill-natured Colorful Dragons even neglect raising their offspring altogether, the worst of whom would abandon their eggs shortly after laying them.

On the other hand, Metal Dragons relatively hold their offspring's lineage in higher regard and generally rear their offspring until the juvenile stage before allowing them to leave the nest to travel.

When the environment becomes unsuitable for survival, weak creatures cease to reproduce, while strong ones migrate in large numbers.

This principle also applies to dragons.

Golden Dragons are paragons among dragons, their innate nobility and strength affording them stable environments in which they experience deeper and more abundant emotions.

On the typically indifferent dragon countenance of Obilash appeared a complex expression, and he softly said: "Father, Mother!"

"Is it that Red Dragon wanting to kill us, so you've come to see us one last time?" The Adult Silver Dragon shifted its body closer to the thick Fine Steel bars, watching its cherished child and asked.

Mogusa Rabil, the Mature Golden Dragon's eyes flickered; although this male dragon's emotions were not as outwardly expressed as those of the Silver Dragon, even he couldn't help but pace slightly forward.
