The overwhelming magic power and elements were drawn from Lor’s body, releasing the magic seal of the dragon’s heart before him.

Perhaps due to nervousness, he felt as if his own advanced prophecy skill was automatically activating.

The entire environment around him twisted into illusions in his mind, and he saw his own body distorting, being swept away by the sudden gust, until his body became like a light piece of human skin, scattered in the wind.

Thump,

A massive sound echoed like a heavy drum, the giant dragon’s heart slowly pulsated with its first beat, shaking the hearts of Mage Lor and everyone around him.

Lor awakened from the prophetic vision, but couldn’t suppress a feeling of panic in his heart.

Every strong warrior owns a sense of intuition, especially advanced mages who specialize in spiritual power and can perceive future dangers to an extent.

And Lor’s replicated advanced prophecy skill had such specialized effects.

He wanted to warn his companions to be on guard, but found himself unable to produce any sound.

A look of distortion and fear appeared on the Great Mage’s face as he realized it wasn’t just his voice; even all the magic power, spiritual power, and life force within him were being extracted without restraint by the heart before him.

Being a Great Mage, he had long understood the magic array he had set up; it was merely an advanced array with amplification and dispersive effects, without the capability to extract his power and life force.

"But I ultimately made a mistake," thought Mage Lor, feeling his life nearing the final edge, like a candle flame before the storm, ready to extinguish at any moment.

Lor turned to look at his companions, noticing the tension, worry, and horror on their faces, and struggled to open his mouth, "Run..."

"Lor, what is happening..." Jesi shouted.

Thump,

The second heartbeat echoed, and Mage Lor’s voice and movements froze, transforming into a light piece of human skin, slowly slipping away.

Swoosh,

The gust of wind arose.

Limitless magic power and elements began to boil and converge, as the magic elements in the twelve hundred and fifty magical rune networks flowed rapidly, the glow of magic shining like dazzling sunlight.

All the dragon hunters’ expressions suddenly froze, their shouts stuck in their throats.

"Quick, go!" White Armor Knight Gao’er was injured internally by the massive resonant sound, causing blood to overflow from his mouth and nose, shocked and furious, he shouted.

These legendary dragon hunters no longer had time to mourn their former companions, and fled towards the outskirts of the Royal Capital.

Stalker Thor couldn’t help but glance back, seeing the enormous dragon’s heart beginning to be lifted and rise into the air by the power of the giant magic array.

A dark, bloody glow accompanied by mysterious ancient dragon language ascended higher and higher, gradually dyeing the entire space red, spreading toward all directions.

An ancient, unfaceable majesty began to blossom.

In the void, it seemed that a pair of eyes opened in the unseen, a deep, vast power roared like a storm.

Woo...

The sound of magic echoed throughout the Royal Capital, sounding expansive and open, desolate and distant.

Squads of security guards marched in sync, striding forward on the rain-soaked streets.

"All residents in the Leighton Street area, disperse orderly to other areas, immediately," the dogman guards ran through the streets, announcing the evacuation of all residents living in this region.

Some enthusiastic residents tried to approach to ask if the guards needed help, but were repelled by the hard expressions on the guards’ faces.

And around the Leighton Street area, hundreds to thousands of security guards had already surrounded it, directing residents’ evacuation and setting up a sturdy defensive blockade formation.

A squad of black-armored Judicial Court Knights coldly surrounded the increasingly turbulent energy area of Leighton Street, like a gathering storm, faintly exuding solemn majesty from the region, becoming more apparent.

From initially subtle fluctuations to now, even the Judicial Court Knights could clearly perceive.

Centaur Suniya’s face changed, "Why haven’t those guys from the City Defense Department activated the restriction barrier to suppress the magic elements yet."

Though Suniya knew his request was somewhat harsh; as the department managing the entire city, they can’t possibly activate a city-wide magic suppression barrier from just a simple warning without on-site investigation to confirm the potential danger’s energy level.

Unless a Dragon Lord directly ordered, bypassing this seemingly unnecessary procedure to activate the city’s super magic barrier.

"Go, tell those guys at the City Defense Department to activate the city-wide broadcast; things here might be more serious than imagined!"

Suniya commanded expressively to the captain of the security team, stepping over bounds.

Yet the security team captain dared not neglect, hastily heading to the nearest City Defense Department; the vast city was divided into sixteen large areas, each with its city defense department’s security office, able to communicate with the headquarters,
