Some of the gamblers deliberately shouted, "Loya, be careful this time, you might not get anything good, unable to break even, and might even have to pawn your own scales."

The one who shouted was a seemingly playful young girl, with gray and shiny eyes, looking quite lively.

Short hair as if made of steel, resembling some performance enthusiast, and adorning her chest and waist are steel decoration-like accessories, further highlighting this trait.

Although the mischievous girl’s tone was very delicate, the sarcasm in it was self-evident.

Upon hearing this, Loya could no longer hold back. He widened his eyes and said to those mocking gamblers, "How can you falsely accuse my integrity like this, I’m a noble dragon, my wealth is vast..."

"What integrity? I saw you with my own eyes pawn your scales at the Giant Dragon Pawnshop, and even argue with those greedy goblin merchants over the price."

Steel Dragon Midir hid behind a Giant Demon, pretending not to be seen while continuing to stab at the heart of this Purple Crystal Dragon.

Purple Crystal Dragon Loya’s face immediately turned red, veins popped on his forehead as he argued, "That’s because my other treasures are too precious to be sold, besides, old dragon scales are of no use to dragons, I’m just wasting nothing."

Then came some strange mutterings like "Fortune-Transferring Skill" and "this time I’ll definitely break even," which caused the gamblers in the card hall to burst into laughter, filling the entire hall with a joyful atmosphere.

Even such money-grubbing creatures as dragons cannot keep their treasures when gambling.

With Purple Crystal Dragon Loya as an example, every Giant Dragon Card Hall in the Empire now has a large signboard at the front—Gambling is harmful to health, take caution in your spending!

Of course, this isn’t out of concern for those dragons, but rather because some dragons cannot control their wild nature; although they fear the Empire’s power, they might still cause a fuss after losing their wealth in their anger and embarrassment.

At least, in the Royal Capital’s Patrol Legion, they’ve already dealt with at least a dozen such farces.

The arena standing on the outer ring of the Central Square in the Royal Capital is also a popular entertainment venue.

Beast versus Warrior, strength against strength, the primal releasing of violence has always been worshipped and yearned for by living beings.

The Glory Colosseum in the Royal Capital is designed with a semi-dome, with massive white stone sculptures on which are carved stories from ancient epochs and legendary heroic figures passed down in the mortal world.

From the First Epoch to the Sixth Epoch, memories long lost in the river of time are presented here.

Legendary is the King of the Mortal World, who, in the Sixth Epoch, withstood the Divine Spirit as the King of War Quent Teis, holding the Divine Spear, bare-chested, muscles bulging like sculpture, issuing a final roar against the splendor of the heavenly gods.

The depiction representing the Seventh Epoch is a mural of a dragon group soaring in the sky painted on the dome.

In the mural of dragons soaring, a unique Red Dragon lowers its head, watching over the various dragons encircling it and observing all the living beings under the dome.

Epoch changes, and now is the new day.

The entire massive arena appears like a gigantic eggshell with its center hollowed out, its space large enough to accommodate at least two hundred thousand spectators.

The structure, made of marble and Cyan Gang Stone plus the protection of magic runes, ensures that this further expanded arena need not fear being damaged by the dangerous powers of those mighty gladiators.

One after another, ancient-style chariots emerge from the Peace Gate at the bottom of the arena, driven around the massive colosseum for a lap.

The gladiators on the chariots bare their upper bodies, exposing muscular physiques almost identical to the heroes carved on the columns.

These strong gladiators wield their Battle Lances, drawing cheers from hundreds of thousands of spectators, significantly heightening the atmosphere.

Among the numerous spectators, there are some nobles from various regions, discarding their usual elegance and grace, venting their emotions enthusiastically in the VIP area.

The usually reserved noblewomen no longer hold back, screaming louder and more sharply than when pinned down by their husbands.

Even members of the Frost Giant Tribe from the Northern Grasslands and the Yeti Species from the Extreme Frozen Frost Plains can be seen here, as well as Nagas and Sea Giant Species from The Sea among the crowd.

The arena is divided into a general viewing area and a seating VIP area. The general viewing area is free of entrance fees, allowing anyone to stand and watch the gladiatorial match within the crowd.

The seating VIP area is available for merchants, nobility, and slaveholders who can afford it, with a modest fee required upon entry.

Even more expensive than the seating VIP area is the private box VIP section, accessible only to those with substantial strength or close ties to the Golden Empire.

Regardless, these private box VIP sections and seating areas are already full of spectators, and those standing are like a surging tide.

In the early days of the Glory Colosseum, to support and promote various industries within its territory, more than one dragon from the Gogomola Dragon Group made an appearance in the arena.
