After all, the Adventurer Association’s "quest system" was very well-developed.

The client must pay the reward to the Association in advance, while the party accepting the quest must guarantee they will do their utmost to complete it.

According to the rules, if a party accepted a quest but failed to complete it within the time limit, they would be required to pay a percentage of the quest reward to the Adventurer Association as compensation.
