Chapter 4155 - Sealing the Star

Chapter 4155 - Sealing the Star

Tianming clapped enthusiastically, turning the atmosphere awkward.

He swept a glance at Pu Fengyun, Granny Pu, and their supporters, then said with amusement:

“Empress Xia, Lord Yue, and Feng, Yue, and Meng also surrendered. Then if the Jiang, Chen and Lin all surrendered together, the Eightpart Pantheons could take Primordial Sands without lifting a finger.”

“That was the correct path. To pacify the world without fighting is a mark of greatness. This is the ability the rulers of the cosmos ought to possess. If everyone knew their limits and how to make choices, then war could be avoided, and the common people spared from catastrophe,” Granny Pu spoke righteously.

“In order not to lose lives, you would willingly hand over the rivers and mountains passed down from your ancestors to others, and then let countless descendants kneel as slaves? Do you really know in your hearts how the Eightpart Pantheons treat the flameyellow descendants?” Tianming asked.

“Flameyellow lost the war, while we bowed to the gods’ will. How could it be the same?” Granny Pu answered seriously.

“Is that so? These fantasies indeed sound beautiful. But I wanted to ask you mother and son one crucial question,” Tianming raised his voice.

“Please, Young Master Li, ask freely.” Granny Pu flicked her sleeve, looking righteous and upright.

“You advocated that all of the Primordial Sands should surrender, correct?”

“Yes! Except for those mad dogs of the Tian Jiu Cult.” Granny Pu said.

“If everyone surrendered, could it stop the collapse of the Grand Xia Voidback Hole?” Tianming asked.

“No, it wouldn’t.” Granny Pu said.

“Then is Grand Jiang or Empresss Xia’s relationship with the Eightpart Pantheons better? You do remember the Grand Xia surrendered generations ago. And the Great Yue and the Great Feng have a better relationship with the Eightpart Pantheons than the Grand Feng.” Tianming asked.

Granny Pu was unable to answer.

Tianming continued coldly, “If you all surrendered, then where would the Grand Xia move to? If you all scrambled to play the righteous faction, then who would play the villain? The Tian Jiu Cult is a villain, but they have no territory.”

Granny Pu clenched her teeth and still said nothing.

“You want Grand Jiang to surrender, so that the Great Lin and Chen would be the sacrificial lambs. They’re not idiots, they’re going to bow as soon as they see the main line has given up. So, who will be exterminated to make space for the Eightpart Pantheons’ main hunting dog?”

Tianming turned his gaze toward Pu Fengyun. Pu Fengyun also kept his mouth shut and remained silent.

Tianming sneered coldly. “Even if all the powerful clans wanted to surrender, they still have to designate one to three maniverse-class worlds as the villains. The Eightpart Pantheons are not something you could kneel to simply because you wished to kneel!”

“That was exactly the focus of our discussion today!” Granny Pu glared at Tianming, then loudly said to Jiang Tianzhou, “That was why I just proposed that we must quickly pledge our allegiance before the other primalwingers. Only with such sincerity might we escape this calamity!”

“Well, well. You want to push your brother clans to their deaths?” Tianming sneered coldly at this group.

“What else? In the end, you still don’t understand the Eightpart Pantheons. Arrogant and reckless as you were, of course you wished for all primalwingers to unite as one and fight for you, to make Primordial Sands your base for revival! Everyone can see your wolfish ambitions!” Granny Pu sneered.

With the descent of the Eightpart Pantheons, even Feng Linxue could change her stance, let alone these people. These primalwingers, living in this enclosed world, could not conceal the petty inferiority ingrained deep in their bones.

“Starlord Jiang!” Granny Pu completely ignored Tianming now, and instead addressed Jiang Tianzhou, “As the main bloodline, we would easily be listed as a primary target. Thus, we needed to display even greater sincerity than others! That was why I proposed that we should send the ancestor to the Grand Xia Voidback Hole...”

“Shut up!” Jiang Tianzhou had long been unable to endure it. He glared fiercely at Pu Fengyun and said in a deep voice, “You’ve already conspired with Feng Linxue and Meng Xinlan, haven't you? They would give your Pu clan a place to survive! Since you already chosen the Jiang, Lin, and Chen worlds as sacrifices, just take your people and leave. Why still desecrate the ancestor and drag us down?!”

Granny Pu and Pu Fengyun’s faces changed slightly at these words.

“Starlord, you misunderstood.” Pu Fengyun said.

“Do not slander us. Everything we did was for Grand Jiang...” Granny Pu said angrily.

Behind them, many Pu clan cosmic gods stood up, looking aggressive.

At that very moment, Tianming suddenly shone with brilliant light. A streak of light shot out from his seat as he appeared right before Granny Pu’s eye.

“You...” Granny Pu’s eyes widened.

Tianming beamed back, then swung the Grand-Orient Sword without the slightest change in expression.

Granny Pu’s head was promptly hacked off!

“Ahhh—!” Granny Pu let out a miserable scream of disbelief.

All of the Pu clan cosmic gods glared at Tianming with madness.

Tianming stomped on that severed head, then turned back to look at Jiang Tianzhou.

Jiang Tianzhou steeled his resolve and announced, “The Pu clan has betrayed Grand Jiang and the Kunlan primalwingers. Effective immediately: seal the star and purge them!”
