Chapter 3780 - Submit or Die

"Little baby, I'm your ancestor! How dare you mess around and try to eat me?!" Bai Ye said with a chuckle. Just because it couldn't eat Tianming's evil-impulse-tainted brain didn't mean it couldn't make a snack out of the dreambreach fiend! Bai Ye's spiritform astrons immediately lashed out against those of the fiend, bringing the fight to the astron level.

From Tianming's point of view, all he could see was Bai Ye being devoured, but he knew it was still around. When it fought back, a layer of fog formed a white cocoon outside the dreambreach fiend and completely tied it down.

"Old Li! I've started enjoying myself here! When are you going to start?" Bai Ye said.

Tianming sounded a little surprised. "Wait, you're done?"

"Yeah! This lass is a bit rowdy and hard to pacify, but it's all good. With our five million pals out there, I'm able to take this one on no problem!"

"You're freaking amazing!" Tianming was truly impressed by the Celestial Sourcepath Progenitor. Even though Bai Ye had borrowed his omnisentient power and didn't simply dominate because it was the ancestor of all soul beasts, it was still an impressive showing. "If it was any other 23-crest beast, the fight might be even harder! I might not win!"

Fortunately for Tianming, the strongest thing in Yanri Shuang's arsenal had been neutralized by Bai Ye alone. Hearing the pitiful cries of the dreambreach fiend, Tianming said, "Wait, Bai Ye, you're not actually going at it for real, right?"

"It's for real of course!"

"Seriously?! What... position are you using? I don't know what I'm seeing."

"It's just spiritual intimacy," Bai Ye said.

"Umm...." Tianming figured it out. It was simply an interaction between souls. Tianming and Jiguang had experienced it once before, though it didn't feel like a proper interfacing of the soul that time. He had many more questions about what it was like for soul beasts, considering how different they were from conventional lifeforms. Bai Ye, for instance, was a beast made up entirely of spiritform astrons, so it didn't even have a proper sex or genitals to begin with.

"I don't have to kill it, right? I can control it by putting an infant soul in her. Once you beat that girl up, I can put another infant in her!" Bai Ye said.

If Tianming could control Yanri Shuang like he did the wonderian sisters in God Domain One, it would make it really easy for him to go to Starmoon Haven! "Alright, do it!"

Yanri Shuang had never been so speechless like she was after witnessing her dreambreach fiend cry out so pitifully. She clutched her Solunar Divine Wheel in abject confusion and furiously glared at Tianming. "W-what’s going on?! What’s your lifebound beast doing to mine?!"

"How should I know?"

Just as he replied, a purple storm shot past him and Zi Zhen appeared right in front of Yanri Shuang, sending a punch flying toward her.

"Scram, you ugly thing!" Yanri Shuang's rage flared as she positioned the Solunar Divine Wheel in front of her and let her cosmoforce surge into it, unleashing a bright divine beam that pushed Zi Zhen back. The technique was called Celestial Kingdom's Radiance.

Zi Zhen's punch landed on the cosmic artifact, sending both it and Yanri Shuang slamming hard into the wall, coughing out blood. "Who’d you call ugly?!"

"You, of course! You're female, right? Have you ever seen such an ugly female like you? Look in the mirror!" Yanri Shuang snapped, still worried about her lifebound beast.

Tianming could figure out how it would all end. "It's over for that little genius... I don’t think I even need to do anything...."

As he had guessed, the rage went to Zi Zhen's head, opening her ninehall eyes one after another. Five of them were wide open and instantly turned blood red, then wings began growing out of her back.

"Five of them?!" Tianming had never seen Zi Zhen so mad. "Looks like she's really bothered about her appearance! I should remind her later that she's rather pleasant to look at in her untransformed state...."

There was nothing Tianming could say now to stop her rampage. "An eighth-level beastmaster without her strongest lifebound beast is going to face off against the sixth-level Zi Zhen with five of those eyes open in a tight space like this...."

There was no longer any doubting the inevitable result. With five of her ninehall eyes open, Zi Zhen could even take on Zhantian Feng! Meow Meow took the chance to take a nap, while the rest paid close attention to the unfolding show. Bai Ye had the dreambreach fiend squealing for help in desperation while Zi Zhen kept Yanri Shuang pinned down and ravaged her with punches and scratches, completely ruining the astral princess's beautiful appearance. Her face was beaten and swollen, her limbs were covered in blood, her body was caved in, her teeth had all fallen out, and her nose was flattened. Even her beautiful golden locks had been torn out!

Covered in astral blood, Yanri Shuang pitifully slumped to the ground before Zi Zhen dragged her to the other wall that was as reflective as a mirror. Zi Zhen pushed her face against it and said, "Well? Who's the ugly one now?!"

"I am..." Yanri Shuang weakly said. She had been completely crushed.

"Spare me, great one! I was mistaken! I’ll be your humble slave from now on!" pleaded the dreambreach fiend. It wasn't that it had no dignity at all; Bai Ye's beatdown had just been overly harsh!

"Are you still going to call your big brother here tainted?" Bai Ye said with a smug tone.

"You aren’t dirty... I'm your dirty little sister! Waaah!"

"That's more like it! Make sure to keep your eyes open and wag your tail like a loyal dog the next time you see me!"

"Alright, Big Brother!" The dreambreach fiend proceeded to pitifully bawl. Only then did Bai Ye's white spiritform astrons fly out from the black spiritform, which was finally able to take on Yanri Shuang's form once more and return to its master's side. The two tearfully reunited after the battle ended like long-lost friends.

"Waaaaah!" Both beastmaster and beast couldn't help but break into pitiful tears when they hugged.

"My good little sister’s been implanted with my infant soul! It's become my bitch!" Bai Ye said, striking a pose with hands on its waist.

"It became your little sister just like that?" Tianming marveled.

"Dammit, Sixth is better at scoring than I am!" Ying Huo bashfully said.

"Don't say it out loud. It's embarrassing," Tianming said.

"Shut up! I'm trying to be the loyal and romantic type. I have eyes for nobody else but my Little Yueyue," Ying Huo said, its eyes wide.

Tianming cleared his throat and turned to the beaten-up Yanri Shuang. "Submit or die! It's your choice!"

"I'll never submit to you even if I die!" Yanri Shuang cried. Zi Zhen took a step forward. "Big Sis... calm down! I'll submit!"
