Night Shadow Nightmare Cat, a dark-type pet beast, has very little information available on the Beast Taming Official Website.

Dark-type pet beasts usually appear out of nowhere and vanish quickly, often showing up in the dark of night, making it hard to gather information about them.

This Nightmare Shadow Cat is evidently the leader of this group of stray cats, fulfilling the conditions of both "feline pet beast" and "dark type", so it seems to be the culprit behind the kidnapping of the children.

But why would a cat do such a thing?
