Beast Evolution System: Devourer of Heaven
Chapter 463: Preparation For Godhood
Chapter 463: Chapter 463: Preparation For Godhood
Ved called Avery, he left the role of dividing the law stones to her and Aira, they were more suitable for that.
As for him, he planned to spend the time hunting and increasing his evolution points, he asked Naledi if she wanted to help.
She refused, " I plan to use the chaos stones and increase my comprehension, you’re too levels above me now, I want to catch up."
He nodded, " Okay, then I guess I’ll see you after some time." He had no idea how long he planned to be gone for.
A few days later, the law stones were distributed to those Ved ordered they be distributed to.
Unfortunately not everybody could get one, the two armies were too numerous but their leaders got them.
As for those closest to Ved and Naledi, they got hundreds of law stones each and in the end.
Hundreds of thousands of law stones were left unused. Most members of the two armies had not reached comprehension realm.
For those who besides the leaders, they were given law stones to share since most had comprehended the same laws.
Still, over 400 000 law stones were left, the ones who had it worst were White and Cat. Their laws were too special.
There was no law stone of alcohol so Cat had to use the law of poison since alcohol was a type of poison.
It wasn’t one hundred percent effective but it was at least 85 percent effective in helping her comprehend her own laws.
White had the law of heavenly thunder which also didn’t have any law stones so she used the law of lightning.
Her situation was better than Cat, the law stones were at least 93 percent effective for her.
Ved figured in about a year, most of them would’ve reached the late to even peak stage of comprehension realm.
If law stones can increase the comprehension of creation realm experts by at least 5 percent.
Then it could increase that of comprehension realm by at the very least 9 percent.
9 percent might not sound like much but that’s nearly an increase of three levels, since they had comprehended their laws to an extent anyways.
They were almost guaranteed to increase their levels by at least 3, the best part was that law stone don’t lose effect.
Unlike pills which cannot be used too often lest one gains resistance to them, that was not the case for law stones.
However they had their own issues, the more you used them, the longer it takes to digest them.
Now that he thought about it, he supposed that was some sort of resistance. He suspected it will take a year to digest one stone.
Then the second might take two years and the third will definitely take much longer. ’ I wonder if there’s a way to increase the digestion speed.’
He couldn’t figure that out since he couldn’t use law stones himself, not on his two prime laws.
He threw a life law stone in his mouth, it tasted like candy. The law of life flooded his system.
His comprehension increased rapidly almost surpassing that of his supreme laws but that was impossible.
He couldn’t comprehend a law more than his supreme laws, they acted like a sort of barrier.
His law of life was already high, by measurements he would’ve have had about 30 percent compression.
Just 3 percent below his prime laws and now it increased directly to 34 percent, the same comprehension as his prime laws.
Yet the law stone was yet to be digested fully and stick had about 30 percent. ’ Much lower than I expected.’
It appeared he couldn’t comprehend much from the law stones, his prime laws were lowering the effects even though he was comprehending other laws and not his prime laws.
He decided to check his status screen.

He still needed to upgrade formless shift but he still wanted more evolution points. ’ Are they increasing?’ he wondered.
He felt like his evolution points were growing but consequently the evolution points needed ri upgrade formless shift.
He has already comprehended the law of intangibility. He planned to use a law stone to increase his comprehension.
Right now it was less than 10 percent, he planned to raise it to at least 20 before upgrading formless shift.
While a sub law art wasn’t as strong as a law art, at 20 percent comprehension, it should be powerful enough to dodge some attacks at creation realm.
Not a law art but the basic attacks relying on essence in essence energy. Ved prepared to leave in a few days.
Not knowing how long before they see each other again, he and Naledi spent those days together.
They didn’t leave her room until four days later, both came out exhausted. While Ved can spend years in his human form now, it was uncomfortable.
It was like holding your breath, it didn’t matter how long you can hold your breath, even doing it for a second was not a comfortable feeling.
It wasn’t much of an inconvenience per se but it was a noticeable difference from your usual state of breathing.
Of course, Ved don’t even remember if holding your breath was different from breathing.
That made no difference to him at this point, hell he can breathe inside a black hole let alone in space.
Naledi hugged him, " Be safe and come back in less than 5 years at most." He nodded.
Just as he was about to leave, Fenral came to find him. " Lord Fenral." He greeted him.
" Please young king, don’t call me lord, I’m your servant." Fenral corrected him. It was still strange to hear a sovereign hold such a respectful tone towards him.
" I came to inform you, lord Anglomesh is preparing to use the chaos your brought to break the limits and become a God.
We know the void will not allow that and will most likely send an army to stop him, be prepared for war as we’ll need to protect him."
Ved nodded but he was still confused about something. " I thought the current universes in heaven cannot support a god."
" About that, We’ve had some help."
Ved got more confused.
