Barbarian Queen Conquest: Reborn as a Female Barbarian [OP MC LitRPG Isekai]
Chapter 100: Choosing All Classes! Explosive Growth
Champion’s Authority seems to encompass the most important aspects of the Champion Class, so I am glad I obtained that.
Besides that, every Class carries passive effects within the Class itself, which can be checked simply by tapping on the Classes in my status window.
All the effects from the previous Classes I already possessed also remain active. They stack over and over as I continue changing into more Classes, gradually creating what is known as a “build.”
I will check those bonuses in detail later.
Ding!
[You have chosen the [Werebeast – Tier 3] Class! Strength +5000, Agility +5000, Vitality +4000.]
[You have learned the Skill: [Wild Shape – Tier 3: Level 1/10]!]
[The Skill [Beast Senses – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has gained 2 Bonus Levels and has Leveled Up to Level 10/10!]
[The Skill [Beast Senses – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has automatically evolved thanks to the effects of the [Werebeast – Tier 3] Class!]
[The Skill: [Beast Senses – Tier 2: Level 10/10] has Evolved into [Feral Instincts – Tier 3: Level 1/10]
[Your senses are not only enhanced tremendously, but all of your Physical Stats gain a strong boost when chasing prey and engaging in combat while channeling the power of Wild Shape or any other transformation that relies on Beast Spirits. Your Senses evolve into Instincts, and you can move more freely and easily in combat, almost automatically.]
Feral Instincts, huh? It sounds like a straight upgrade to Beast Senses, and it also makes me physically stronger in the process.
I ended up picking the Werebeast Class mainly because of its solid Strength bonus more than anything else. Stalker had been enticing, but it granted no Strength at all, and the more Strength I possess the better. I am officially leaning toward offensive classes at this point. Champion was already an offensive and supporter hybrid, so it had been fine, but for the remaining choices I want the same aggressive direction.
The Skill itself, Wild Shape, also seems to encompass the core of the class on its own. It grants me the ability to take on a “Wild Shape” similar to what I had previously done with the Beast Rune… but here is the important difference: it does not require me to channel the power of a familiar.
Thus, I have obtained yet another new transformation method. I am fairly sure this is something Druids can also acquire. Though the Werebeast Class itself grants bonuses that probably determine what forms I can transform into right now.
After all, Werebeasts are those who walk the line between human and monster. With Wild Shape, Werebeasts can partially or fully transform into powerful beast forms, gaining immense physical stats, enhanced senses, regeneration, and natural weapons. I am not entirely sure what “natural weapons” refers to, but it is probably fangs and claws.
And as always, different forms grant different advantages. From what I can recall, a wolf form focuses on speed and pack tactics, a bear form provides raw power, a falcon form allows flight, and so on.
However, there was one line I did not particularly like when I read the description, though I decided to risk it anyway because my Divine Physique makes me immune to status effects. The line stated that “The curse of the beast brings increased aggression and occasional loss of control under the full moon unless properly mastered.” I will have to see what that really means later, I suppose.
Now, moving on…
Ding!
[You have chosen the [Seraph – Tier 3] Class! Strength +5000, Spirit +4500, Mana +4000, Charm +3000.]
[You have learned the Skill: [Divine Avatar – Tier 3: Level 1/10]!]
[The Skill [Holy Smite – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has gained 2 Bonus Levels and has Leveled Up to Level 10/10!]
[The Skill [Holy Smite – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has automatically evolved thanks to the effects of the [Seraph – Tier 3] Class!]
[The Skill: [Holy Smite – Tier 2: Level 10/10] has Evolved into [Divine Punishment – Tier 3: Level 1/10]
[By channeling the power of Divine Avatar, you can imbue Divine Punishment with a certain Divinity from the Gods whose Faith and Divine Circle you are connected to, enhancing its power and granting unique powers and effects to this powerful blunt weapon attack that combines Strength and Spirit in damage calculations.]
Cool! Holy Smite has now become Divine Punishment…!
I chose Seraph for obvious reasons. It was clearly the stronger of the two holy options, and a Saintess Evolution that actually focuses on fighting sounded the most amazing. The Strength, Spirit, and Mana bonuses really sold me as well. Full offense with even more Mana on top of it? It was the best choice available. Sure, it lacked the magic defense that Miracle granted, but that did not matter much to me at this point.
The Skill I obtained, Divine Avatar, is essentially the main function of a Seraph. It allows a chosen God I follow to descend their power into my body, transforming me into their avatar. I am not entirely sure how it will interact with my Divine Physique, but with this I can gain a significant boost in power by calling forth the strength of the Gods.
After all, Seraphs are holy warriors who represent a god. I assume the transformation will help me manifest radiant wings for both flight and combat, wield purifying flames and divine light, and gain powerful healing and protective spells… or perhaps those abilities come with the Class bonuses themselves.
Anyway, I learned that they excel at cleansing corruption, banishing undead or demons, and supporting allies with heavenly blessings based on their guardian gods. Their very presence weakens evil entities… which is exactly what I need right now if I am truly going to face a large number of Undead courtesy of that bone bastard. I am fairly sure the specific bonuses and abilities will depend on which god I channel.
And lastly…
Ding!
[You have chosen the [Kage no Oni – Tier 3] Class! Agility +6000, Spirit +4000, Strength +3000.]
[You have learned the Skill: [Demonic Shadow – Tier 3: Level 1/10]!]
[The Skill [Ninjutsu: Shadow Clone – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has gained 2 Bonus Levels and has Leveled Up to Level 10/10!]
[The Skill [Ninjutsu: Shadow Clone – Tier 2: Level 8/10] has automatically evolved thanks to the effects of the [Kage no Oni – Tier 3] Class!]
[The Skill: [Ninjutsu: Shadow Clone – Tier 2: Level 10/10] has Evolved into [Ninjutsu: Shadow Clones – Tier 3: Level 1/10]
[You can now create up to Four Shadow Clones, each one only having 25% of your Stats, but that can channel and copy your abilities.]
Oh, awesome!
In the end I went for the Kage no Oni. I had been torn between it and Samurai, but ultimately I wanted something that would grant me more flexibility rather than reinforcing an aspect of combat I have never studied or practiced that much myself.
