Chapter 248: Fate Is Hard To Describe

In the Bank of the Universe, Li Xiandao summoned the Northern Region Lord Gong Yu and Qiu Bai.

These two people were related to Ling Ren.

One was her clone and the other was her first love.

Li Xiandao started to tell them about the Dragontooth Rice.

“Go find Ling Ren and ask what their goal is for coming down. Then, kill her. From now onwards, you are the one and only Qiu Bai. Let Ling Ren turn to dust.” Li Xiandao said coldly.

Letting the clone kill the main body would wipe out the main body’s influence on the clone. This was Li Xiandao’s way of dealing with Ling Ren.

Otherwise, with his current cultivation, he could just slap them and make both Ling Ren and her family suffer deeply.

Li Xiandao left her alive partly because of Qiu Bai.

Qiu Bai and Gong Yu left.

Li Xiandao looked on as they left before taking off his mask.

“Did they come down for some other reason or was it because Dalin Temple couldn’t keep a secret?” Li Xiandao started to guess.

Although there was a high chance that they had come for the Dragontooth Rice, what if that wasn’t the case??

So, Li Xiandao sent Qiu Bai to ask Ling Ren. After she found out, she could just kill her to take revenge for her coming to Eternal Land in the first place.
