Ascension Of The Blood Supreme

Chapter 283 Consequences

  • Next Chapter

Aiden had just finished defeating the boss of the dungeon.

He put the phone down.

Tired from wearing the shades, he took it off.

The moment he took off the shades, he noticed that everywhere was silent.

And everyone else apart from his loved ones were staring at him.

It was not like he did not know what had been happening around him. Compared to the game he had been playing, which was extremely important to him, Bunith and company was not worth paying attention to.

Plus, even if Asmodeus had not handled them, the others in the group would have handled them.

But to think, the Bunith guy’s father would show up here.

The moment Aiden took off his glasses, several people gasped.

“It’s the Devil of Endra!”

“It’s really him!”

“I want to have his babies~”

“Shit… Bunith actually offended the Devil of Endra and his loved ones, and told them to kowtow 370 times?”

“He actually pissed off the most terrifying man on the planet?”

“A living legend?”

“No wonder his father slapped him that much into the sea. Not only that, the old man is almost pissing his pants. Look at him shaking on the ground in fear as he’s bowing before Aiden Vhorn!”

“He’s indeed terrifying.”

“Do you think after this situation is handled, we should go over for an autograph?”

“I’m scared of the man. What if he thinks we are trying to ruin his vacation and he kills us all in a fit of anger?”

“You are right. We should probably stay away!”

“Those guys with him must be Desmonda Creed—his woman, Candice Marcus, Luke Bryan, Seraphina Moore, and the guy reading the comic book who used gravity to deal with Bunith must be Asmodeus Vincent.”

“Heh. All these guys are terrifying people in their own right. A couple of weeks ago, they closed a special rank 2 gate in the Iron Empire. Not only that, they cleared a ruined city full of legendary rank 2 chaotic beasts on their own!”

“They are all monsters. It’s just that they are Aiden Vhorn’s friends, so it can deceive people into thinking they are average joes.”

Amidst the chatter, Bunith and company managed to regain consciousness and stood up.

They heard the conversations of the crowd. Extreme fear washed over them. They felt their world crumbling apart.

Only now did they realise that the person they had offended was the most influential and terrifying person on Endra, a living legend whose feats had been immortalized for generations to come.

A member of the International Union.

Number one on the Tyrant Fate Rankings.

And the Honorary Patron of the International Union.

Aiden Vhorn, the devil of Endra

Aiden Vhorn’s friends were all monstrous geniuses who were not just basking in his shine. They were all well known by now for their own feats.

Seriously… to think they had been thinking earlier that these guys would fawn over them. And they even told Aiden Vhorn and his friends to kowtow 370 times?

Bunith and co felt fortunate that Aiden Vhorn could not even be bothered to deal with them himself.

At least, his friend, Asmodeus Vincent, spared them.

No wonder Bunith’s father slapped them.

So what if his father was a legendary rank 3 warrior?

Compared to Aiden Vhorn, his father was utterly trash and insignificant.

The difference between their prestige and feats was like heaven and earth. Aiden Vhorn could end his father and their generations with just a word.

“Scram here for me!” Tyera screamed as his head remained bowed.

Up till now, the Devil of Endra had not spoken a word to him.

Tyera was afraid that Aiden Vhorn would kill his son in a fit of anger if they boy didn’t apologize to him.

Bunith and company walked over with shaky legs. Their hearts pounded wildly in fear.

Eventually, they lost control of their bowels and urinated on themselves in fear of Aiden Vhorn.

When they arrived before Aiden and company, they fell down at their feet and bowed incessantly, snort and tears all over their faces.

“Senior… we are… we are extremely sorry… senior, if it’s possible… please… give us a few slaps and spare us… from now on, we will turn over a new leaf,” Bunith and friends spoke in fear. This was a man whose name could even cause his enemies to commit suicide. He was a madman who was unpredictable and could do anything.

He didn’t even dare to look Aiden Vhorn in the eye.

As for Bunith’s friends, after apologizing for a few moments, they had all passed out in fear of Aiden.

“Your Excellency, I will cut off his legs and arms and never let a healer heal him as compensation for what he did. Senior, he will even take poisons to cripple his cultivation. Please, have mercy on this esteemed subordinate.” Tyera hit his head on the ground.

His son had ruined everything.

Everything! He could not afford to lose everything he had worked hard for. Since the boy had brought this upon them, Tyera could only go so far to appease the black eyed, brown haired man looking at them nonchalantly.

Aiden’s friends were also staring at the father son duo nonchalantly.

As for the onlookers, some of them were even streaming the whole thing. The number of likes and views they will get for streaming something involving the Devil of Endra would definitely not be simple. And this time, a legendary rank 3 warrior, and a big business tycoon on Endra has offended him! The man who had offended the Devil of Endra was also someone on the Tyrant Fate rankings.

“We just want to have a peaceful vacation, no need to go so far. Kindly leave before we get impatient and resort to other methods,” Aiden spoke politely.

The moment Aiden spoke, Tyera and Bunith kicked their heads on the ground incessantly.

“Thank you for your mercy, Excellency!”

After that, they didn’t dare to remain any longer. They carried Bunith’s unconscious friends and left.

However, as they left, they knew that they were finished. Even if Aiden Vhorn found them too inconsequential to pay attention to and had spared them, no one would be willing to associate themselves with someone who had offended the most terrifying person on the planet and someone adored by literally everyone on Endra now.

Investors would pull out of the Tyera Group of companies, friends would abandon them, they would lose their connections, and the empire Tyera had built would collapse sooner or later.

“Father, I am sorry!” Bunith said. He had never anticipated his actions will cause so much trouble. He was arrogant. But he also knew the implications of his actions. Just because he was arrogant and snobbish didn’t mean he was stupid.

Pa!!!

“You are fortunate that Excellency Vhorn spared your life!!!!” Tyera landed a heavy slap on his face again. “Thanks to you, no one will be willing to do business with us from now on. You have ruined everything! We will sell the company shares and just start over again. I hope that from now on, you have learnt your lesson. The only reason why I haven’t disowned you is because I made a promise to your mother before she died…”

Bunith stood there, paralysed. A single action had cost them everything.

The crowd sighed.

Excellency Vhorn was indeed terrifying.

Even though he had spared Tyera and his son because he couldn’t afford to waste time on them, everyone knew that from today, Tyera group of companies was finished.

A man who had offended the honorary patron of the International Union would lose investors, friends and connections. In fact, just the public backlash for such an action may even cause Tyera and Bunith to go mad.

The crowd didn’t dare linger any longer.

Some wanted to take pictures with Aiden and company. But didn’t dare to. Aiden’s reputation was feared. The stories of his feats were also exaggerated. So people saw him as some sort of monster.

They all left and returned to their vacation.

However, it was obvious they would boast to their friends and loved ones about encountering Aiden Vhorn.

The Devil of Endra, and his friends returned to their vacation.

“That was a close call. We almost had our vacation ruined,” Aiden sighed.

“Yeah. Anyway, who is in the mood for some barbecue?” Luke said.

“Count me in.”

“Do you even have to ask?”

“I’m pretty much famished.”
