Chapter 2286: Unexpected Guesses
Tang Shaoyang didn’t really like the pleasantries and their nonsense friends. He didn’t understand the people who loved to talk in circles. That was such a waste of time.
Krazon met his gaze for a moment, then he turned toward the Elders. The Elders nodded in response. As Krazon was about to speak, he sensed a presence. Not just one, but two overwhelming presences in the village.
Krazon’s expression changed as he felt a bad feeling about this. He glared toward the Elder.
Tang Shaoyang also sensed the same presence, and he disappeared from the meeting hall.
"What’s happening, Elder?" Krazon rose to his feet, questioning the Elders. He thought it was one of the Elders’ tricks.
"Calm down, Krazon. This has nothing to do with us," Elder Kryndor also looked confused as he tried to reassure Krazon.
Krazon didn’t believe it, but he knew it was not the time to have an argument. He went out to find out what happened and who visited their village. Only an Ancient Dragon could have such a presence.

Tang Shaoyang used his Blink and appeared in front of the hall. The whole village was dark, under the shadow of a massive dragon. The two dragons exuded an aura similar to Clementine and Arion. They might be on the same level as Arion and Clementine, or could be weaker or stronger.
It was really hard to determine someone else’s strength at their current level with just their aura. He didn’t feel just one, but two presences. Their whole figure covered a massive area, not just the village.
The two figures disappeared, more like turning into their humanoid form, and landed in front of Tang Shaoyang. Two men showed up, each exuding a different aura.
The man on the left wore white-blue clothes made with silk. His long hair and pupils matched the color of his outfit, exuding coldness as his expression was emotionless.
The man on the right was all black. A short black hair, pitch-black eyes, and a black aura that exuded eeriness. This one looked ominous. It was like looking at a disaster.
"You are different from what I expected. I expected you to be scary and wild, but you are too calm to carry the cursed bloodline."
The man in blue opened his mouth first. His voice was gentle, yet there was no emotion or tone in his words.
"That’s just a thing in the past. The thing that has lost its glory, just a stain and disgrace to all dragons. You should not expect anything from it!"
The man in black responded. His voice was gruff, carrying rage in his tone when he mentioned the stain and disgrace of the dragon.
Tang Shaoyang showed no reaction. How was he supposed to react when he didn’t know what they were talking about? He knew they might be talking about him, yet he felt nothing about it.
He just stared at them as if he was watching a stand-up comedian who failed to deliver their punchline. It was like they bombed their jokes. He just stared at them blankly, showing no reaction.
Tang Shaoyang could sense that Krazon was rushing out, and he could tell from Krazon’s reaction that this was not part of the Stygian Wither Clan’s plan.
Krazon halted his steps the moment he was out, staring at the two figures in front of Tang Shaoyang. He took a deep breath, slowly continuing his steps. He walked past Tang Shaoyang, walking down the stairs.
Krazon stopped six meters away from the two figures, kneeling down, "This descendant greets Lord Guardian!"
The Elders who also came out joined Krazon. They knelt down, with their head down to the ground. They said the same greeting as Krazon.
Their greetings explained who these two were, but then a question popped up in Tang Shaoyang’s head. Who was the black dragon? There was no black dragon among the four Dragon Guardians.
He had a clue who the blue-white-scaled dragon was. He might be Iandra or Zonaras. He leaned toward the latter because of the coldness he exuded. Zonaras was known as an Ice Dragon, so he could easily narrow it down, but he didn’t know the black one.
The way Krazon greeted them, the black dragon was treated as the Dragon Guardian as well. A name crossed his mind: Nirdarth. The Stygian Wither Clan was the descendant of Nirdarth, and they regarded him on the same rank as the Dragon Guardian.
"You have done your greeting; now you can leave!" The black-clothed man shot Krazon and the Elders of the Stygian Wither Clan.
Tang Shaoyang could see their expressions change. It was a sigh to behold how their expression drastically changed. That explained why the Stygian Wither Clan was looking for outside forces for cooperation when they were treated like this by their patron.
This was actually a good thing for Tang Shaoyang as it meant the Stygian Wither Clan was in a desperate situation. He could use this as leverage.
"Are you going to leave them be like this? They invited the accursed into our holy land. You must punish them for their offense!"
The blue-clothed man had a different plan for the Stygian Wither Clan.
"You can do your job as guardian later, but we are here not for this worthless bunch." The black-clothed man looked at Tang Shaoyang, "You follow us. Orve wants to meet you!"
It was more like an order than a request. He was given no choice but to listen to them.
"Hah..."
Tang Shaoyang chuckled, shaking his head. Yet it was another instance where he was being underestimated again. The Executive Administrator status and his fight against the God Order and the Nirvana Alliance didn’t change how they saw them. Even after he wreaked havoc against the Ten Stars Accord.
It seemed the dragons didn’t think that much about it, or maybe they just didn’t know or simply didn’t care. Or maybe they thought he would listen to them just because this was their domain.
"I guess a beast is just a beast, after all. No matter how old you are, time doesn’t wise you up."
That statement caused a change within the two Dragon Guardians. Their emotionless expression changed to surprise and fury. Calling them simply as a beast was an insult to them.
"You lack basic courtesy for an intelligent creature; that made you two look no different from a wild beast, no?"
The two dragons released their auras that filled the entire village, even the region. Their dragon aura worked on the Stygian Wither Clan’s people. Krazon and the ten elders were lying flat on the ground. Their faces were plastered to the ground as an invisible force pushed them down.
However, their aura didn’t really do anything against him. It was naturally repelled as Tang Shaoyang remained standing, looking down at them from above. He just grinned ear to ear.
He didn’t plan to fight anyone, not even the Dragon Guardian. But he was not going to miss the chance to try out the Dragon Guardian.
He licked his lips in excitement, as it had been a while since he met an opponent that could truly fight him. This might be it.
Azure Dragon Blade appeared in his left hand. He was ready for what would come for him.
That was when the two of them made their move. Their figures blinked, appearing right before Tang Shaoyang with rage. They launched their fists at his chest.
Tang Shaoyang could dodge them, but he didn’t plan to. In that instant, a black shell formed around him. At the same time, the golden energy burst forth from his sword. Two dragons coiled around his sword as he pulled his sword.
He activated two Heavenly Gates at the same time. The Heavenly Black Tortoise for his defense, the Heavenly Azure Dragon to reinforce his attack. Then he executed Heavenly Revoke.
The dragon roar resounded, bursting forward from his sword the moment he pulled his sword.
The two fists hit Tang Shaoyang’s shell, sending him flying backwards. His body was thrown into the building, going through the building, bouncing off the guard as he was sent flying out of the village. The two punches sent him a thousand meters away from the village.
[Are you stupid? Why do you take their fist!?]
Avyn was angry at Tang Shaoyang’s decision to take the punches even though he could dodge them.
Tang Shaoyang got back on his feet. The shell cracked, just like glasses cracked. It looked like it would disintegrate in a single touch, but it might survive another punch. Blood dripped from the corner of his mouth, but Tang Shaoyang had this manic grin on his lip.
"Don’t worry about it. I received their punch knowingly because it was just a brute punch."
He could tell there was no skill, not even getting reinforced by their energy. That was why he confidently launched his own attack instead.
"It hurts though... As expected of a dragon."
That gained a reaction from the Death King.
[Only a lunatic like you will say that after getting punched by a dragon!] Vandir barked in laughter.
Whoosh!
Tang Shaoyang’s figure blurred, and in that moment, he also used two more skills, Wrath of Slayer and Dragon Transformation. That bumped his attributes, tripling them and almost quadrupling them.
He returned to the same building where he exchanged blows with the two dragons. The building was half-ruined after he crashed into it, and he spotted the two dragons.
The two men were standing on top of a pool of blood, and he saw two lower torsos on the side. His sword cut their body in half, but they managed to regenerate them within a few seconds.
