Chapter 1980: The End of Invaders Episode

Chapter 1980: The End of Invaders Episode

Tang Shaoyang ignored the invader, “What about your honest answer?”

“Do you really want to hear my honest answer?” Azhug asked in a somber tone.

Tang Shaoyang nodded, “Go ahead.”

“Keep our Beast Spirits with us and kill them. Killing them will buy us more time from Lord Gosthone’s anger. Or even Lord Gosthone might never find out it’s us who killed his minions.”

Azhug’s voice filled with murderous intent, and his aura flared up, showing he was also a God Rank. The four invaders were shocked, and the man who had been speaking paled as well. It was a strong aura even for a God Rank. Meanwhile, they only had one God Rank, and the remaining three were a Demi-God Rank, and two Legend Ranks.

Gosthone’s minions tried to keep their faces straight, trying their best not to be intimidated by the druid, putting on a calm facade with a cocky smile.

“Oh, you don’t have to worry about Lord Gosthone not finding out about us. I already sent a message to the Gosthone Emporium’s Captain Hunter. If we don’t return with the three Beast Spirits, they will know how to find them. The Gosthone Emporium can track us from the portal we took earlier.”

Azhug Oogurim furrowed his brow, becoming even more conflicted. He was not willing to involve his new employer, but he hoped his employer would kill these people. He believed that the Gosthone Emporium was working together with two other entities he did not know to kill his previous employer to take his previous employer’s Beast Spirits.

“You heard him, Sir. You will offend the Gosthone Emporium, and you will be their target. Your life will be in danger. I will not hold you accountable for your decision, and I will continue to work with you as per our agreement, Sir. The future of other Beast Spirits that will reside in this place is more important than just my petty revenge.”

Tang Shaoyang smiled, shaking his head, “I am curious about something, but let’s wrap this up first before we continue our conversation.”

He turned toward Gosthone’s minions and unleashed his Absolute Aura. An aura mixed of charm, wildness, authority, and murderous intent, turning the aura into a great oppressive force.

Azhug’s heart almost exploded because he was so close. He subconsciously took five steps back, wobbling, almost falling onto his knees when he sensed the aura. The aura was not directed at him, and yet it affected him greatly.

Tang Shaoyang, however, was not done, as he activated Dragon Transformation. His aura was amplified by at least ten times, or maybe even stronger.

Azhug’s eyes widened in fear as he did not expect his new employer to have such a strong aura. He had never met someone with such a terrifying aura before in his life. He could no longer endure the aura and fell on his knees, using his hand to support his body. It looked like he was kneeling, but he was struggling not to sprawl to the ground with his face kissing the ground.

Each of his movements was heavy, but he managed to turn his head slowly, turning toward the group of invaders. The four invaders were already on the ground. Their bodies spasmed, but he could not see their faces.

The pressure around him diminished as his employer walked toward the four invaders who face-planted to the ground. Even though he could not see their expression, he saw that three of them fainted from the oppressive aura. Three out of four bodies were not moving; they were unconscious because they were not of a God Rank.

His employer picked up the leader of the group by the neck, putting the man face to face with his employer. Gosthone’s minion was put in a more miserable state than he thought. That man’s face was covered in dirt because of the tears and snot all over his face.

Azhug could not imagine what that man went through being targeted by the terrifying aura. It was horrible enough when he was brushed off by the aura, and he was not surprised by that man’s condition.

Tang Shaoyang looked at the man face to face, shaking his head, “You have only amounted to this, yet you dare to threaten me? I expect some fight back for you to be cocky, you know. I am disappointed.”

The man opened his mouth, trying to say something. However, saliva dripped from the corner of his lips before he could utter any words.

Tang Shaoyang shook his head, waving his index finger at the man, “No. You don’t get to speak anymore, you just need to listen to me.”

He created a small version of Chaos Blade, about the same size as his index finger. The small blade pierced the man’s chin, pushing his mouth shut and stopping the saliva from dripping. The man grunted in pain, but it was far from a fatal wound.

“I will spare your life, but you must remember that you will never mention our encounter to anyone, including your boss, understand?”

The man’s eyes widened, surprised by what he heard from Tang Shaoyang. He thought he was dead for sure.

“Nod if you understand me.”

The man nodded slowly at how heavy his body was.

“Good. If anyone related to the Gosthone Emporium is looking for me, you are the first one to die!”

The man nodded again.

Tang Shaoyang threw the body to the ground and turned around. “So, how do I send them back?” He asked Azhug.

“Intent. Convey your intent that you want to send them back to wherever they come from, and a portal will be created.”

He followed the instructions, and sure enough, a portal was created behind the group of four. He expected them to leave, but he soon realized that three of them were unconscious, and the leader of the four seemed to lose all his strength, even to get up.

Tang Shaoyang shook his head and kicked them one by one toward the portal. They didn’t deserve a good farewell for sure. The portal closed as soon as the four men left the space. Then Tang Shaoyang’s attention turned toward the remaining invader, the black panther beast.

He called them black panthers because they looked like one, but of course, with a lot of mutation. This beast had skeletal armor around their belly, six pairs of horn-like spikes on their back, and a pair of long fangs that looked like blades protruding from their mouth.

The pair was staying at a distance, alarmed and wary of Tang Shaoyang. After what they experienced just now, they could tell that they were weaker than Tang Shaoyang. They had no chance to win a battle against him.

“Leave this place if you understand me, or I will kill you!”

A portal formed in front of the two beasts, and they looked at Tang Shaoyang and then at the portal. They remained cautious, but they clearly understood his speech as he slowly walked toward the portal. It seemed like one of them was checking whether the portal was safe or not.

One of them jumped into the portal after confirming that the portal was stable. Ten seconds later, the second beast jumped into the portal as well. Just like that, the invader episode for his Shepherd of Beast Spirit was over.

Tang Shaoyang continued to the next Chapter, and his newly hired caretaker would be able to explain to him about this whole thing, so he could gain some understanding about the Beast Spirits as well as the business.
