Are There Only Demonesses Left in the Cultivation Realm?
Chapter 203 - 144: A Warm Tummy
Chapter 203: Chapter 144: A Warm Tummy
Lu Changyuan felt a little suffocated.
He opened his eyes.
He found himself in the death grip of an octopus.
Dawn had broken. ’Did I only sleep for an hour?’ He couldn’t remember.
The snow that had fallen all night seemed to have stopped. The inky sky was revealing a faint, crab-shell green. The Moon Fairy, lying on Lu Changyuan’s chest, let her eyelashes flutter. With a soft hum, she pushed herself up.
"What time is it?"
Lu Changyuan shook his head. "I don’t know."
A captivating blush still lingered on the Fairy’s face. It was as mesmerizing as the brilliant red of the sun piercing the darkness, impossible to look away from.
"Why are you staring at me?"
"You’re on top of me. Get up already."
Qiu Yuehan seemed quite displeased with Lu Changyuan’s words and reached out to pinch him.
"Have you already forgotten begging for mercy last night?" Lu Changyuan said lightly.
The Fairy let her hair hang down, its strands brushing ticklishly across his chest.
"I was just teasing you."
Lu Changyuan couldn’t help but laugh. ’Right. I wonder who it was begging for mercy with her hairpin askew, her face flushed, and her eyes glazed over. So quick to forget the pain once it’s over.’
Qiu Yuehan tried to get up slowly, but cried out softly and collapsed halfway. After several such attempts, she finally managed to stand up straight.
"I need to wash my hair. You made it so dirty."
Lu Changyuan spread his hands. "You’re the one who wanted to use your hair. What’s that got to do with me?"
Qiu Yuehan fiddled with her hair. The once-silky black strands were now a little stiff.
"You were pretty excited too, weren’t you? How was it? I bet your junior sister has never tried that trick with you."
’The Little Fairy in a White Skirt really hasn’t tried that before.’
Lu Changyuan asked curiously, "And where did you learn all this?"
"The female disciples in the palace were talking about it. I just happened to overhear."
’Just what kind of remarkable place is this Miao Yu Palace of yours?’ Lu Changyuan wondered. He recalled the Little Fairy in a White Skirt had also picked up quite a few things from listening to the other female disciples.
’Even the Hehuan Sect can’t compare.’
"Girls’ conversations can be quite bold. I sometimes overhear them when I’m practicing my sword. Many of my junior sisters were married before they joined the sect."
The difference between a married woman and an untouched virgin was enormous. They spoke without reservation, and by constantly being exposed to it, even the unmarried disciples of Miao Yu Palace had learned a great deal.
"But after a few years of Cultivation, those junior sisters basically start looking down on mortals and forget all about their husbands back in the mortal world."
Lu Changyuan rolled his eyes but didn’t say anything.
Qiu Yuehan held up her five fair fingers against the sun, her delicate skin seeming to glow in the light. Her smooth, bare feet padded onto the soft ground, and her fingertips gently brushed across Lu Changyuan’s cheek.
As it happened, there was a clear lake not far from the bamboo forest.
At Qiu Yuehan’s request, Lu Changyuan had no choice but to carry the Fairy into the lake. The icy water slowly washed over their skin, sobering Lu Changyuan up a little.
His Five Desires and Six Dust Heart Transformation Technique had broken through. His Realm had also naturally advanced to the Fifth Realm.
Lu Changyuan hadn’t named this new Dao yet, and he wasn’t in a hurry to do so.
Lu Changyuan closed his eyes, carefully sensing the smoothly circulating Magic.
’The Fifth Realm, once again.’
Thinking back, this was already his third time reaching the Fifth Realm, and each time he had cultivated a different Dao.
From the Suicide Dao to the Emotionless Dao, and now to the No Dao, Lu Changyuan felt his Cultivation journey was truly one of a kind in all the world.
A strange feeling welled up inside him. It seemed that because he had absorbed a drop of the Black Dragon’s blood, the future direction of his Cultivation had become indescribably vague.
’Whatever.’
’There’s no rush.’
’Cultivation has to be taken slowly. I endured fifty years before even stepping onto the Immortal Ascension Path, after all.’
"What are you thinking about?"
Lu Changyuan came back to his senses and looked at Qiu Yuehan. The Fairy stood in the center of the lake with her back to the shore, like a water jasmine nourished by the lake itself.
Her full head of black hair fanned out in the water. It looked less like hair and more like thick ink, unfurling lazily across a painting. The Fairy’s arm rose slowly, sending streams of water trickling down her jade-like shoulders.
Lu Changyuan tilted his head slightly and caught a glimpse of the elegant, swan-like curve of her neck. The cool and pure aura had returned to the chief disciple of Miao Yu Palace.
"I was thinking about whether to go back to Miao Yu Palace to see Tang’Er or to make a trip to the Hehuan Sect first."
’It’s been a while since I’ve seen Xia Lianxue... I should go to Miao Yu Palace and check on her.’
Qiu Yuehan scooped up some water and gently poured it over Lu Changyuan’s shoulder. "Go see your junior sister right now? And tell her that we were having an affair behind her back?"
"Let’s head to the Hehuan Sect first. I have to inform them of something."
Lu Changyuan nodded, his expression unchanging.
The Moon Fairy let out a soft laugh. She extended her small foot and began to rub it up Lu Changyuan’s leg. "Scared to admit what you’ve done?"
’Qiu Yuehan’s waist was incredibly slender, but her legs were astonishingly long. I’ve measured them—they’re longer than the Little Fairy in a White Skirt’s. Last night, they were wrapped tightly around my waist, a testament to her excellent flexibility.’
Lu Changyuan grabbed Qiu Yuehan’s foot.
Qiu Yuehan wasn’t surprised in the least. "I used to see how your junior sister loved to play like this with you. Now it’s my turn, and you still have the same habit."
Back then, the Nether Monarch loved having Lu Changyuan warm her feet, and now, Qiu Yuehan enjoyed it too.
"Go on, hurry up and wash. I don’t want you catching a cold."
’But how could people at their level of power possibly catch a common cold?’
The Fairy smiled. Her toes, round and full as pearls, were nestled neatly together. Their tips held the delicate pink of new petals. Fresh from the water, clear droplets clung to their elegant curves, glittering as if about to fall, as pure and lovely as a lotus flower.
