Are There Only Demonesses Left in the Cultivation Realm?
Chapter 152 - 118: Qiu Yuehan is Sleeping
Chapter 152: Chapter 118: Qiu Yuehan is Sleeping
"Nonsense."
"Mmph!"
Lu Changyuan raised his head, wanting to say, ’No, no, this is bad for my health.’
But his heart jolted when he saw that Qiu Yuehan had opened her eyes.
The inside of this small palanquin was as large as two beds. The Little Fairy had placed Qiu Yuehan on the opposite side, and since the Little Fairy was currently lying on top of Lu Changyuan, she naturally couldn’t see that Qiu Yuehan’s eyes were now open.
Lu Changyuan was completely numb with shock.
He wasn’t sure if Qiu Yuehan had reverted to being the Nether Monarch... but did it make any difference whether she had or not?
"Let’s talk when we get back... Let’s talk when we get back."
The Little Fairy was relentless, the Cultivation Technique at her fingertips growing ever more refined.
And so, Lu Changyuan and Qiu Yuehan locked eyes. Even he didn’t know what to say at a time like this.
’This is so damn awkward.’
’Where is my Supreme Pure Spirit Forget Immortal Technique? Save me!’
’Oh, right, it’s the Five Desires and Six Dust Heart Transformation Technique now. I’m so screwed.’
Lu Changyuan felt a headache coming on.
The Little Fairy’s voice was as soft as water, and her body felt just as fluid as she whispered, "Today, my dear lord... you look good enough to eat. So, let’s make up for lost time. No resting until we get back."
The Five Desires and Six Dust Heart Transformation Technique was trembling wildly. Lu Changyuan finally realized why the Little Fairy was acting so strangely. She was being influenced by her own Heart Method, her desires amplified. And Xia Lianxue wasn’t actively trying to dispel the influence; she felt there was nothing wrong with it. In fact, she thought it would help her get things done, so she simply rode the wave of its influence and went to town on Lu Changyuan.
It had become an aphrodisiac.
’This is bad.’
Lu Changyuan found himself missing the Supreme Pure Spirit Forget Immortal Technique. If he still had that Heart Method, he could have directly purified the Little Fairy’s six roots, extinguishing all carnal desire.
"This really isn’t a good idea."
Xia Lianxue got up, gently untied her outer robe, and placed it under Lu Changyuan’s legs. Then she turned back to look at Qiu Yuehan.
"See? Senior Sister is still asleep."
Lu Changyuan turned his head and saw the Moon Fairy lying there with her eyes shut tight, like a lifeless doll.
’So she’s pretending to be asleep!’ Lu Changyuan finally understood that old saying from the Cultivation Realm: You can never wake up a Fairy who’s pretending to be asleep.
Xia Lianxue turned back around, her eyes narrowed slightly. "My lord?"
Lu Changyuan had no idea what Qiu Yuehan was thinking, because he felt the mark named Yu on his body begin to heat up, and desire washed over him like a tidal wave.
"Aren’t you looking quite spirited?"
"I still think..."
Xia Lianxue picked up her own pink and white embroidered dudou and stuffed it into Lu Changyuan’s mouth.
Lu Changyuan’s eye twitched as he made a couple of muffled sounds, then irritably pulled the dudou out of his mouth and tossed it aside.
Outside the small palanquin, clouds and wind flashed past. Inside, Lu Changyuan’s eyes darted about nervously.
At some point, the Moon Fairy had opened her eyes again. But she didn’t say a word, nor did she make a move. She simply stared intently at the two of them, her cheeks flushed crimson.
Lu Changyuan felt like he was in Hell, but he had no idea how to resolve this situation.
"Why aren’t you looking at me, my lord? Why do you keep looking at Senior Sister?"
Her leisurely words drifted into Lu Changyuan’s ears, making him shiver.
"It’s nothing. I was just thinking that if she wakes up, I need to clean up this mess immediately so she doesn’t find out."
Xia Lianxue giggled, extending a pale fingertip and applying some Power Dao to leave a mark on Lu Changyuan’s arm.
"I bet you’re imagining it’s Senior Sister on top of you, aren’t you, my lord?"
Lu Changyuan irritably pinched the Little Fairy, making her yelp for mercy. "Stop thinking about such nonsense. What on earth goes through that head of yours all day?"
Xia Lianxue stuck out her tongue. After a moment, she spoke in a mournful tone, "Master, has Yuehan done something wrong to deserve such a lesson?"
Her voice was tearful and pleading, perfectly mimicking Qiu Yuehan’s usual tone—cold, yet with a hint of grievance.
Lu Changyuan saw that Qiu Yuehan’s face was red all the way to the tips of her ears. The shy and flustered appearance of the Miao Yu Palace Chief was a rare and beautiful sight, but Lu Changyuan was in no mood to appreciate it.
’Just say something!’
’If you just made some noise, I could use it as a chance to make this demoness, this White Skirt Fairy, get off me so we can ride the palanquin in peace! What do you mean by just lying there, watching with your eyes open and your face all red?’
"Master, why are you so excited? Do you just enjoy teaching your disciples with a rod? After you’re done teaching Yuehan, will you be teaching Jiayi too...?"
Lu Changyuan clamped his hand over Xia Lianxue’s mouth.
This Little Fairy had been cultivating for over a thousand years and could say the most outrageous things. She was honestly even more terrifying than Mei Zhaozhao of the Hehuan Sect.
After a moment, the Little Fairy looked up. "My lord doesn’t like it."
Lu Changyuan felt that even after eighteen hundred years of Cultivation, he still couldn’t understand what went on in a woman’s mind.
He sighed. "It’s not right. Your senior sister isn’t married, after all."
Xia Lianxue snorted coldly. "You’ll let Senior Sister go? I don’t believe that for a second."
’What do you mean, let her go or not?’ Lu Changyuan was still worried about what would happen if Qiu Yuehan’s memories returned and *she* refused to let *him* go.
He still didn’t know that Qiu Yuehan’s memories, unlike Xia Lianxue’s, wouldn’t return all at once. They were too ancient and complex, requiring a slow and gradual recovery.
Of course.
None of that mattered.
What mattered was that Lu Changyuan saw Qiu Yuehan’s small, tender, jade-white foot curl up tightly, its toes rubbing against each other.
Lu Changyuan’s gaze drifted, happening to meet the Little Fairy’s smiling face. "See? You really don’t plan on letting Senior Sister go."
Xia Lianxue suddenly whipped her head around.
Qiu Yuehan’s eyes were closed.
"Senior Sister is still asleep. Don’t be afraid, my lord. Tell me all about it. I’ve always been very tolerant of you finding other girls. I mean, Su Youwan is already living at Celestial Mountain, isn’t she?"
