Seeing Brother Meng raise his hands so skillfully to surrender, Baozi was stunned, but he saw a few people lying next to him.

He immediately threw away the gun in his hand, raised his hands high, and followed Brother Meng out.

With the two of them taking the lead, the other survivors also followed suit.

Dapao and his group saw these people walking out from the ruins of the collapsed house and couldn’t help but curse: "Thought they were tougher than this!"

Xiao Jun saw these people surrendering and a smile flashed in his eyes.

He said to Dapao, "Quickly go and detain these people and take them back to Oil City."

Dapao nodded and said, "Let’s go, let’s see what this Brother Meng is all about!"

Then they walked out from their hiding place.

Walking with their guns aimed at them, ready to shoot if anyone dared to resist.

When Brother Meng got outside, he saw dozens of people emerging from the shadows, pointing guns at them, and quickly raised his hands higher.

"Don’t shoot, don’t shoot."

Dapao stepped forward and counted a total of seven people. According to that child, there shouldn’t just be these few.

But as he got closer, he looked at the house that had been bombed and understood.

The rest were probably crushed to death under the collapsed building.

"Dapao, watch these people, I’m going in to see if there are any others who haven’t come out." Xiao Jun shouted to Dapao.

"Alright, be careful."

Dapao turned his head and carefully sized up the group of surrendering people.

He asked, "Which one is Brother Meng?"

The man who was the first to run out smiled and said, "It’s me, it’s me, just call me Little Meng."

Baozi heard him say this and couldn’t help but cover his eyes with his arm.

Dammit, just this demeanor.

Weren’t you the one insisting on resisting just now?

How come you’re the first to fold?

He originally wasn’t with Brother Meng but had temporarily joined this expedition team.

No words left.

Dapao saw his behavior and a smile appeared on his lips.

From his rich experience, he could tell that this man was afraid of death, and fear of death meant he would be easy to interrogate, almost without the need for harsh methods, he would confess everything truthfully.

Dapao nodded lightly and said, "Hmm, all of you kneel on the ground, hands high, don’t move, Xiao He, tie them up."

"Okay, Brother Pao." Xiao He took out a rope and slowly walked over.

They worked in pairs, one holding a gun to the person’s head, while the other checked him for any other weapons.

All daggers and ammunition were removed.

Xiao Jun led his men into the bombed house.

As soon as they entered, they saw blood oozing from a concrete slab and then two people impaled by steel bars at the back.

"Search carefully, see if there’s anyone alive," Xiao Jun said to his team members.

After a careful search, they only found one man with a broken leg, the rest were all dead.

They dragged the man out and moved the guns and some supplies on the ground outside.

Dapao had already tied up Brother Meng and the others and was checking their vehicles outside.

To avoid alerting the enemy, Dapao and his group hadn’t driven over.

"Dapao, Lao Yi and I are heading back to Oil City to wait for you." Li Tie, sitting in the helicopter, contacted Dapao through the intercom.

Hearing the voice from the intercom, Dapao looked up at the helicopter and waved, replying, "Alright, you go ahead."

Then he got into the car, took out the keys he had just taken from those people, inserted the key into the ignition, and started the engine.

"Hey!" Dapao smiled as he looked at the supplies in the back of the car, his grin growing more cocky.

Unexpectedly, these people had quite a lot of supplies, unaware that many of these in the back were rewards given to them by the second young master.

Many of them were loners, so they habitually kept things on them, which benefitted Dapao and his group.

Just then, he suddenly saw Xiao Jun and the others rushing out from the house.

While puzzled, a loud noise suddenly came from that direction.

Boom!

The small building initially blown up by Li Tie and his group couldn’t hold any longer, collapsing completely into a pile of rubble.

Dapao shook his head, feeling a bit deafened, pulled out the keys, and got out of the car.

Walking over to Xiao Jun, he asked, "What happened? Did they set up explosives?"

Xiao Jun shook his head and said:

"Huh? No, I simply blew the building up. I searched around and didn’t find anyone alive, but I thought the corner over there might still have someone, but we didn’t have any tools to dig it open, so we just blew it up."

"I thought just blowing open the concrete slab would do, didn’t expect it to be so powerful, the whole building came down....."

Dapao looked speechlessly at the pile of debris and said, "I think you can stop looking, it’s all rubble now, definitely no one alive."

"Cough cough." Xiao Jun looked awkwardly at the debris.

"Tiezi and the others have gone back ahead to wait for us. We should get going too, it’s getting late." Dapao said.

"Alright, let’s go."

So Dapao and Xiao Jun walked over to the car together.

Liu Weimeng and Baozi, along with others, were tied up with their hands bound, while Xiao Wu and the others pointed guns at them, following behind the car.
