Apocalypse Rebirth: Making Billions With My Fortune-Telling Skill
Chapter 294: Fun Corrupting You
The contrast was overwhelming—the soothing way his hand eased her internal tension while the wild, sharp sensations at her breast dragged her further into a swirling haze. Her hips instinctively bucked upward against his touch, seeking a relief she couldn’t quite name.
"That’s it, sweetheart..." Nat rasped against her wet skin, his breath hot as he switched to her other side, flicking his tongue over the nipple before pulling it deep into his mouth once more. "Let me drive you crazy..."
April’s hands clutched at his wild red hair, holding his head tight against her chest as the waves of pleasure mounted higher and higher. Her toes curled tightly, her breathing coming in ragged, shallow pops as her mind completely gave out to the sheer sensory overload.
When a sudden, intense coil snapped deep in her lower belly, a high, breathy gasp tore from her throat, her body going completely taut in his arms before melting into a helpless, shivering heap against him.
Nat held her tightly, nursing her nipples softly as her sudden release rippled through her, his large hands anchoring her firmly to the counter until her trembling finally began to ease.
He slowly raised his head, looking down at her dazed, heavy-lidded eyes and flushed face with a dark, triumphant grin.
"Now..." Nat whispered rasply, brushing a stray lock of damp hair from her forehead. "How’s that for a proper finish?"
April’s chest heaved in rapid, shallow breaths, her dark eyes wide and slightly unfocused as she stared up at him in sheer bewilderment.
Her hands hung limp over his broad shoulders, her body still trembling softly from the residual waves of heat that had just washed through her.
"What... what just happened?" she panted out, her voice barely a whisper.
Nat let out a low, deep chuckle, his eyes crinkling at the corners with smug, dark satisfaction. He reached out with his thumb, gently wiping a bead of sweat from her temple.
"I believe you just reached your own height of ecstasy," Nat rumbled, his voice thick and low against her flushed ear. "An orgasm, sweetheart... and without me even having to touch you down there. Incredible, isn’t it?"
April swallowed hard, her throat dry as her mind struggled to process the sheer intensity of what her body had just experienced.
The sensation was so completely new to her—so raw, overwhelming, and utterly beyond her control. Her lower belly still throbbed with a soft, lingering warmth that completely drowned out any trace of her period cramps.
She let her head fall forward, resting her hot forehead against his broad, tattooed chest, her small hands clutching at his back as she tried to catch her breath.
"You might need to change out of your pad," Nat murmured softly, his hand resting warm against her waist.
April gave a small, slow nod, her brain dully piecing together the physical reaction. In her hazy, unrefined logic, she imagined she must have released some kind of liquid during that intense peak, just like he had.
But her limbs felt leaden, completely drained of energy, and the mere thought of lifting herself off the marble counter felt like an impossible task.
Seeing her so entirely spent and helpless in his arms, Nat let out a quiet, affectionate rumble. He leaned in and pressed a gentle, lingering kiss against her flushed temple.
"Cute..." Nat whispered rasply, a dark, wicked smirk returning to his lips. "I’m having fun corrupting you, sweetheart. What about you?"
"It’s... thrilling," she whispered softly into his chest, her voice still laced with a drowsy, breathless warmth.
Nat’s grin widened in the dim light. Without another word, he slid his arms back under her, lifting her effortlessly off the vanity counter and carrying her straight out of the guest room.
He navigated the quiet, dark hallway with long, steady strides, bringing her back into her main room where the other men remained in silent shadows.
He carried her directly into her bathroom, setting her down gently on the cool, wide edge of the tub.
"I’ll leave you to your business," Nat murmured, stepping back toward the doorway.
"Are you leaving?" April asked, her dark eyes tracking his movement, already seeing the subtle trace of him disappearing.
Nat paused, raising an eyebrow with an amused, lazy grin. "Wow... a seer indeed. How’d you know?"
"I just... guessed, actually," April replied plainly, her face still a little flushed.
Nat chuckled softly and stepped back toward her. Leaning down, he pressed a warm, lingering kiss against the top of her head.
"Sweetheart, if I stay on the same bed with you for another minute as I am... I don’t think you want to know what’s going to happen next," Nat rasped low, his eyes flashing with a dangerous, playful flare. "I’m quite the bad egg, you see."
He straightened up to his full height, rolling his broad shoulders. "So... I’m going to bounce."
"I understand," April said, giving a single, solemn nod.
Nat turned toward the door, throwing a dark, crooked smirk over his shoulder. "Don’t miss me too much, okay?"
April waved a small, dismissive hand at him, her tone completely flat and serious. "Well, be on your way now."
Nat let out a loud, sudden bark of laughter at her blunt dismissal, shaking his head in sheer disbelief.
"Cold, sweetheart. Real cold," he chuckled, though his dark golden eyes were bright with fond amusement as he finally backed out of the bathroom and closed the door behind him.
Once the latch clicked shut, the bathroom fell into a quiet, peaceful stillness.
April sat on the edge of the tub for a moment, taking a long, deep breath to steady the lingering flutter in her chest. Her body still felt warm, soft, and slightly heavy from the intense waves of sensation, but the dull, aching cramps in her lower abdomen were entirely gone, as if they hadn’t been there to begin with.
Taking care of her business as Nat suggested, she cleaned herself up and changed into a fresh pad, since though the one she had been wearing hadn’t been full, it had a layer of transparent sticky substance mixed with the blood.
As she pulled her clothing back into place, she caught her reflection in the mirror—her cheeks were still dusted with a rosy flush, her lips slightly swollen, and her eyes carried a quiet, newfound depth.
Oddly enough, she felt very refreshed.
When she finally stepped back out into the bedroom, the cool night air embraced her.
Samuel sat quietly in the armchair close to her bed, his posture refined and composed, his dark eyes instantly tracking her entrance. Alexander and Xavier remained still in their own spaces, the atmosphere thick with calm.
April quietly crossed the room, slipped beneath the soft sheets of her bed, and pulled the duvet up to her chin.
As her head hit the pillow, her tired body sank into the mattress, her mind replaying the strange, thrilling discoveries of the night until sleep smoothly pulled her under.
Of course, sleep didn’t come. Her mind was far too restless, her body still humming with the residual warmth of everything that had just happened.
In the dim silence of the room, she noticed the quiet posture of Samuel sitting in the armchair, his eyes open and calm in the shadows.
"Samuel," she called softly into the quiet room.
He answered right away, his voice smooth and instantly attentive. "Yes, Miss April?"
"Are you sleeping?"
"Clearly not," Samuel replied with a subtle, polite tilt of his head.
April adjusted herself beneath the duvet, her dark eyes fixed on him as she made her request with her usual straightforward honesty.
"Then... Can you sit on the bed and stroke my head so I can sleep? I don’t want to stay up longer than I already did. I have a schedule to keep."
