She watched the two men before her, their expressions a mix of emotions, a gleeful smile playing on her lips.

Seeing Stella Sterling’s sudden change in demeanor, Miles Sanctus just watched her coldly. He knew it. He’d said this Stella Sterling was acting, that she was deliberately deceiving Caleb Xavier.

What he couldn’t understand was how someone as smart as Caleb Xavier could fall for Stella Sterling’s trick and actually bring her back with him.

Stella Sterling looked at the wary Miles Sanctus and smiled faintly. “I’m surprised you didn’t die last time. He must have been the one to save you, right?”

“Stella Sterling, if you’re not dead, how could I be? You destroyed my Sanctyr Base! This isn’t over between us!” Miles Sanctus roared.

At that moment, Caleb Xavier, standing to the side, finally processed the shock he was feeling.

After hearing Miles Sanctus’s words, he had already realized something was wrong.

He had, of course, heard of Caeluna Base and knew its leader was named Stella Sterling.
