Max ordered Darius and the other Radiant Vanguards.

Ever since Max’s Summon Radiant Knights reached Advanced, Max now had sixty-one active Radiant Knights.

There were eight additional Radiant Vanguards.

Each of them had a different specialization.

Heavy Breacher, Assault Vanguard, Defensive Vanguard, Heavy Assault, Mobile Vanguard, Shock Vanguard, Sustained Vanguard, and Siege Vanguard.

The other Radiant Vanguards who were about to fight the Wrathbound Demons—humanoid demons with dark crimson skin, four horns, black armor, glowing red eyes, and weapons such as greatswords, axes, or spears—carried great axes like Darius.

The Heavy Breacher, Heavy Assault, Shock Vanguard, and Siege Vanguard carried great axes like Darius.

With them, Darius confidently affirmed to Max that they could fight against Wrathbound Demons several times their number.

Darius’ confidence came from his understanding of his own capabilities and those of the other Radiant Vanguards with him, as well as his understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the Wrathbound Demons.

It was why she had chosen the Skullcrusher Demons as her nemesis, with her own Radiant Vanguard targeting them as well.

More Greater Demons entered Max’s domain, compelling his Radiant Knights to take action almost immediately.

The Fury Demons that Fiora had annihilated earlier appeared once again.

Fiora and the other Duelists specifically targeted them and three other types of Greater Demons.

Large, heavily muscled demons with four arms and wide, bestial faces, wielding enormous axes, cleavers, or greatswords as their primary weapons, were engaged in duels against the Radiant Duelists.

There were four additional Radiant Duelists, each of them following Fiora’s precision-oriented combat style.

It was like watching Fiora and four of her copies duel against Greater Demons with ease.

Although the other four Radiant Duelists were part of the specialized formations led by the Radiant Knight Captains, Max could observe how they fought.

Max felt even amused as they appeared to be toying with their enemies.

But he understood that was simply how they fought.

There was even a Radiant Duelist who struggled against a Warbringer Demon, a humanoid demon wearing natural black-red armor formed from its own hardened flesh, with a massive polearm as its weapon.

But a Radiant Marksman soon assisted her in defeating the Warbringer Demon.

There were five additional Radiant Marksmen who followed Owen’s ranged specialization.

Max’s Radiant Knights were formidable.

He spotted not a single Greater Demon within hundreds of meters of his domain successfully breaking through toward him.

He even had a chance to have the system display his status panel, seeing his EXP increase rapidly, as if the six-digit number of EXP required to level up was nothing to Max.

He smiled.

Each of his Radiant Knights was equipped with significant amounts of mana and stamina potions.

At the same time, Max had the Mana Link passive skill, allowing him to distribute mana efficiently across multiple squads.

As his mana was simply being refilled by killing demon after demon, he could distribute his own mana efficiently to other Radiant Knights, improving their stability during large-scale formations.

Max and his Radiant Knights were practically a war machine.

Max observed the battlefield.

He could issue commands every now and then, but his Radiant Knights could independently make decisions while still enjoying the effects of his equipment and their passive and active skills.

He basically had free time.

After an hour of battling, casualties became inevitable.

Eventually, the demons were able to push the humans to a distance where the Supreme Commander Demon Lord personally grabbed the flag and pulled it.

The Supreme Commander Demon Lord glanced at the massive demon responsible for carrying it and threw the Abyssal Conquest Flag toward him.
