Planet Riyarda, located in the central part of the Riyarda Galaxy, is the only major planet in the galaxy, existing for 352.3 billion years. It has 18 natural satellites and originated 352.3 billion years ago from the primordial Riyarda Nebula. Primitive life forms were born 200 billion years ago, followed by the rise of civilization that continually developed and expanded. The inhabitants of Planet Riyarda are enthusiastic, confident, and peace-loving, forming countless federations to jointly maintain the planet’s peace.

Riyarda Calendar Year 62166, war began.

In the eyes of all astonished observers, the Tenglis Empire tore up the peace treaty unilaterally, launching military conquests against surrounding nations. Their biochemical technology underwent a qualitative leap; some soldiers were strong and invulnerable to weapons, some possessed superpowers, controlling flames or ice to unleash devastating attacks on enemies. Others underwent terrifying mutations, growing as tall as three meters, with two extra arms, a resilient tail, and bodies covered in terrifying scales and sharp teeth. If not for their retained intelligence and enjoyment in their transformed bodies, we might suspect an alien invasion.

Riyarda Calendar Year 62167, a global war erupted, with the Tenglis Empire facing united opposition from all countries and nations. The conflict ended three months later with the defeat of the Tenglis Empire, sharing research data on the strange cylindrical object brought back by the manned spacecraft.

Civil war... endless civil war.

I can hear the trembling and weeping of Mother Riyarda, the sky torn apart, the earth shattered, the root of it all long beyond reckoning, yet destruction looms imminent. As I write these words, I see the ground shaking, the two kings in the sky still confronting each other, heedless of their people’s wails and fears.

May Riyarda...

Unnamed Diary.

In times of peace, I often ponder a question: What is war really like, and what can it bring us?

History books once recorded that war is essentially an act of collective or mutual violence, a means to an end, yet after experiencing all this, I found errors in those records.

That kind of war isn’t a real war; it is merely child’s play with toy water guns aimed at each other. True war brings only harm and destruction...

Well, I’m digressing. As the new historical record officer, things like my name aren’t important. Writing even two words in the history books is the greatest honor, After all...

No one knows when I might be completely obliterated by the aftermath of war like the other half of Riyarda. Compared to my life, I’m more willing to trust that these precious historical records will last a little longer.

Alright, I’ve digressed again. Let’s return to the topic.

The war ended, and the two kings settled their differences; the victor was the Master of Ten Thousand Demons—Emperor Hilreka, a hero rising from obscurity in the great era brought by the Celestial Gift Stone. Perhaps calling it sacrilege is too much, but who cares? He’s not likely to come here and check what I’ve written. Besides, he’s the reason for everything! Now, Riyarda is torn in half. I can feel this dear planet growing colder every moment. Maybe soon, this remaining half will become an uninhabitable Danger Ground, and the former glory will vanish like snowflakes into the void.

I’m curious as to how Emperor Hilreka will clean up this mess!

Meetings...

Meetings...

Endless meetings...

People are dying, in vast numbers, and even high-ranking demons can’t withstand the world’s consciousness gradually fading away! The world is growing cold, the environment deteriorating, and our esteemed Emperor Hilreka can’t offer any effective solution!

A question rose in my mind.

Does such a person deserve to be called a king?

Riyarda is heading toward complete decline; barely one in ten thousand living beings survives. I even suspect I might be the last Riyardan alive in this world! Today I met with the world consciousness, which suggested an idea (erased)...

I don’t know whether this idea is good or bad, or what consequences it might bring, yet what could be worse than the worst-case scenario?
