A look of regret crossed Eleanor Vaughn’s face at Moira Lynch’s words.

She led the trio to the entrance of a warehouse. “The items are inside,” she said. “This entire row of warehouses is filled with substandard Elf Tree House seeds. Take as many as you can. We’ll figure out another way to deal with the rest.”

At this, Moira Lynch smiled confidently. “You won’t have to worry about finding another way. I can take all of these Elf Tree House seeds.”

Eleanor Vaughn didn’t say anything, but her expression made it clear she didn’t believe her.

Although she had witnessed Moira Lynch’s power before, she wasn’t a true Recycler, after all. Planting so many Elf Tree Seeds at once would require enough nutrients to drain the entire planet of Veridia of its energy.

This was why the Elven Race had to discard these irregularly shaped Elf Tree Seeds.

While there was a chance of getting a “blind box” surprise, the risks ultimately outweighed the rewards.

Eleanor Vaughn didn’t know that Moira Lynch had a pocket dimension that was practically a cheat, allowing her to rapidly cultivate Elf Tree Houses.

Elf Tree Houses only consume massive amounts of energy while they are growing. Once mature, they stop consuming energy and actually feed it back into the planet through their root systems.

However, this was an incredibly long process.

Seeing that Eleanor Vaughn didn’t believe her, Moira Lynch decided to give her a small demonstration.

She had Eleanor Vaughn, Shane Rhodes, and Kai York open all the warehouse doors. Immediately after, she unleashed her spiritual power.

In the next second, the warehouses, originally piled high with Elf Tree House seeds, were suddenly half-empty.

It wasn’t that one warehouse was half-empty, but that the Elf Tree House seeds in all the warehouses had been reduced by half.

Moira Lynch quickly collected the other half.

Eleanor Vaughn watched, stunned.

The Elven Race are all natural-born warriors, so Eleanor Vaughn immediately recognized the use of spiritual power.

What shocked her even more, however, was Moira Lynch’s level—Level Six!

That’s right. After half a year of secluded training, Moira Lynch’s Talent Ability had reached Level Six. Coupled with her constant practice, her control over her spiritual power had become flawless. This was why Eleanor Vaughn hadn’t been able to sense the true extent of her power until now.

“It seems I underestimated you,” Eleanor Vaughn said with a smile.

Her tone now carried a hint of respect that even she herself hadn’t noticed.

Moira Lynch and her companions didn’t stay with the Elven Race for long, leaving right after collecting the Elf Tree House seeds.

However, the trio didn’t return the way they came. Instead, they boarded a spaceship bound for Pyralia.

While they were still with the Elven Race, they had all received a distress message from Hugh Finch.

He claimed he was in mortal danger and begged them to hurry over and protect him.

On the spaceship, Shane Rhodes asked curiously, “Moira, when did you have a breakthrough with your Talent Ability?”

Moira Lynch thought for a moment. “I’m not sure of the exact time,” she said. “My attention was focused on crafting weapons. By the time I realized it, I had already broken through.”

However, while she wasn’t sure when the breakthrough happened, she was certain the Super delicious orange was the main reason.

Ever since the Super delicious orange had finished its self-repair, it had been continuously transferring its stored energy to her.

The reason Moira Lynch hadn’t felt a thing was because she had been completely absorbed in crafting weapons and even maintaining two clones. This consumed a tremendous amount of energy, so of course she hadn’t noticed the influx.

「Two days later, the trio arrived on Pyralia, a picturesque place where it was spring all year round.」

Following the address Hugh Finch gave them, they found his current location: the top floor of a hotel.

The three of them went up to the top floor. After they rang the doorbell, no one opened the door.

Seeing this, Shane Rhodes was about to send a message, but Moira Lynch sensed something was wrong. She lifted her leg and kicked the door, sending it flying along with its frame.

The tremendous crash startled not only Shane Rhodes and Kai York, but also the people inside the room.

At that moment, everyone in the room whipped their heads toward the doorway.

“What the he—”

Before the man could finish, he saw Moira Lynch walk in carrying a baseball bat, followed by a bewildered Shane Rhodes and Kai York.

When the two of them saw the scene inside, they froze for a moment, then silently drew their weapons.

Inside the room, Hugh Finch was stripped down to his underwear and tied to a chair, his mouth sealed with duct tape. Surrounding him were seven or eight large, imposing men wearing sunglasses.

And on a sofa not far away, a beautiful woman in dark clothing sat with her legs crossed, her hair tied up high.

Perhaps because their entrance had been so loud, the shocked expression on the woman’s face had not yet faded.

However, Moira Lynch wasn’t about to give them a chance to react.

‘This is a city district, and using Talent Abilities is forbidden. That means we have to do this the old-fashioned way.’

Moira Lynch launched a kick at the woman, sending her and the sofa she was on flying.

Not to be outdone, Shane Rhodes and Kai York charged the group of burly men with their weapons.

Even without using their Talent Abilities, the three of them held their own despite being outnumbered.

Seeing that Shane Rhodes and Kai York could handle the thugs, Moira Lynch turned her attention to the woman she had kicked unconscious.

Yanking the woman up, Moira Lynch slapped her across the face.

The woman was jolted awake by the stinging pain on her cheek. When she looked up into Moira Lynch’s emotionless eyes, she screamed in terror.

“Shut up!”

Another slap landed. This time, blood trickled from the corner of the woman’s mouth, and a tooth was knocked loose.

Just then, Hugh Finch, who had finally managed to break free from his bonds, didn’t try to stop her. He even shouted, “Nice one!”

Working together, Moira Lynch and her friends beat everyone into submission, leaving them moaning on the floor.

Seeing the state of things, Hugh Finch took a rope from his Space Button, tied them all up, and then gave them a taste of their own medicine by stripping them of their clothes, leaving them in nothing but their shorts.

This wasn’t because Hugh Finch was being kind; it was mainly because Moira Lynch was present, and he wanted to spare her eyes the sight.

As for the woman, Hugh Finch couldn’t bring himself to do it, so Moira Lynch did.

Compared to the men, she was left with a tank top.

Only after all this was done did the trio finally ask what in the world had happened.

“These people… after they found out I’m from the Human Race, they tried to force me to marry into their family.”

As he said this, Hugh Finch’s face was a mask of tragic indignation.
