The group took their sodas, cleared the table, and headed outside.

Hugh Finch deliberately slowed his pace to walk alongside Moira Lynch.

"You did all of that just now using your Intelligent Brain," Hugh Finch said suddenly.

Moira had thought he was going to ask about her source of information. ’He’s only asking about *that*?’

"Yeah, so what?" Moira admitted freely. ’Is there a problem?’

A problem? Of course there was a problem.

"They’re both Intelligent Brains, so why is yours so different from ours?" Hugh Finch asked.

Moira Lynch: ...

’What am I supposed to say?’

’Am I supposed to tell them their Intelligent Brains are just obsolete, stripped-down versions that can’t hold a candle to mine?’

Just as Moira was trying to think of an excuse, she heard Hugh Finch say quietly, "Tell me the truth."

"Uh, it’s probably because your Intelligent Brains are ones I recycled from The Elven Race, while mine came directly from the system."

Hugh Finch: ...

He’d had his suspicions, but he was still shocked to finally learn the truth.

He looked like he wanted to say something but didn’t know how. To avoid any misunderstandings that might cause friction between them, Moira quickly explained, "In the interstellar community, you can only apply for one Intelligent Brain per person, and it requires identity verification."

’The implication was clear: Be grateful I even got you these. What more could you ask for?’

Hugh Finch sighed, knowing Moira Lynch wasn’t lying. "The system seems to really favor you," he said.

After all, Moira Lynch could leave Caelus right now, settle down among the stars, and live quite comfortably. Even he and the others had only managed to get their interstellar IDs thanks to her.

As for the other people on Caelus, they were all still undocumented.

Moira Lynch didn’t like hearing that.

"What do you mean, the system favors me? It’s obviously because I’m just that exceptional. Besides, it didn’t give me these things willingly—I had to ask for them. You have no idea how much the system has gotten from me."

Forget everything else; that planet auction alone was enough for the system to make a fortune.

"I have an interstellar ID, too. How do I apply for an Intelligent Brain?" Hugh Finch asked.

’My current Intelligent Brain is fine, but it’s still a stripped-down version with incomplete functions.’

"Send me your information and I’ll apply for you. I’m a registered adventurer, so I can get the Intelligent Brains faster," Moira Lynch said.

"Okay. While you’re at it, apply for the Boss and Kai York, too," Hugh Finch said.

As for the other two, they were still undocumented, so they couldn’t apply even if they wanted to.

Moira Lynch nodded, then had Patience upload the information for all three that Hugh Finch had sent over. She clicked ’apply’ and filled in the address as Cloudsea Planet.

Based on the timeline, the Intelligent Brains should have been delivered by the time they finished this game.

"By the way, was all that information you mentioned earlier true?" Hugh Finch asked.

Moira Lynch nodded. "Of course. I have no reason to lie."

"Then how are you planning to deal with those Stonefish? Seeing how calm you are, you must have already thought of a solution."

Hearing this, Moira Lynch smiled slightly and slowly raised a hand. The next second, a cookbook appeared in it.

A cookbook itself was nothing special. What was special was that this was a cookbook for Stonefish.

"The stones on a Stonefish’s body are incredibly hard and are considered a type of rare ore. The meat is delicious and very popular in the interstellar community. Most importantly, eating it over a long period can increase your skin’s defensive properties."

After learning about the properties of Stonefish from Patience, Moira Lynch had already figured out how to deal with them.

That’s right. She was going to raise Stonefish on Cloudsea Planet.

’How could I possibly pass up something this good?’

So, Moira Lynch wasn’t afraid of the Stonefish appearing; she was afraid they *wouldn’t* appear.

In fact, after learning about the Stonefish’s uses, she had already released her spiritual power to search the area and had even sent out two Golden Celestial Eyes.

Unfortunately, she hadn’t found anything so far.

"So, are you planning to take that twenty-meter-long giant Stonefish, too?" Hugh Finch asked.

"Of course," Moira Lynch said, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "The bigger the Stonefish, the more valuable it is. A twenty-meter one is a treasure from head to toe. That’s something that could be sold at an auction house."

"I think I mentioned the record for the largest Stonefish was eight meters, right? That one sold for ninety million."

Hearing the number "ninety million," Hugh Finch’s eyes went wide, and he sucked in a sharp breath. "So you’re planning to catch that fish and auction it off, too?"

Moira Lynch shook her head. "No, no, no. We’re not short on cash right now. Of course we’re keeping something this good for ourselves."

She had just finished speaking when she added, "But all of this is assuming the rumor is true. So far, forget a twenty-meter Stonefish, I haven’t even found a single ordinary one."

Hugh Finch patted Moira Lynch’s shoulder. "You have to believe in your... luck."

Knowing that the Stonefish ahead were nothing to fear, Hugh Finch instantly felt much more relaxed.

"Right. Besides the Stonefish, what other dangers are there on our route?"

Moira Lynch shook her head. "I’m not too sure about that either. I got my intel from The Adventurer’s Guild, but I can’t verify if it’s true or not. Right now, besides the Stonefish, there should also be Sirens and a Kraken. None of them are easy to deal with."

"Then you..." Hugh Finch looked at Moira Lynch.

Moira Lynch shot him a look. "I’m not interested in those two."

’But just because I’m not interested doesn’t mean others aren’t. Like the captain, for instance.’

Both the Kraken and the Sirens are rare sea creatures.

Sirens have beautiful voices with an enchanting effect. It’s said that eating a Siren’s flesh, especially the meat from its throat, can make one’s voice incredibly bewitching, particularly when singing.

And the Kraken? It looks like a giant octopus.

Like octopuses, Krakens are highly intelligent. Their skin can also change to match their surroundings, like a chameleon’s, but even more effectively.

And with a Kraken’s skin, you can make the legendary Invisibility Cloak, which also allows you to move freely in the sea.

’Wait a minute,’ Moira suddenly thought. ’Could it be that the captain and first mate chose this route specifically for these creatures?’

A twenty-meter Stonefish, a Siren, or a Kraken—any one of these three would be something people would fight over.

The more she thought about it, the more plausible it seemed. Moira Lynch felt she had just uncovered the truth.

’This is good news for us.’

After all, if they were aiming for the Sirens and the Kraken, they must have already come up with a strategy to deal with them.
