By now, Moonlight Magician knew that SoySauceDrunkard hadn’t summoned him because she’d had a change of heart, but because she wanted his life.

He wanted to fight back, but he couldn’t even pinpoint her location. Besides, all his combat power came from the puppets he controlled, and right now, he was all alone.

Fortunately, this Teleportation had a time limit. As long as he could survive for ten minutes, he would be safely sent back.

With this in mind, Moonlight Magician prepared to find the right moment to escape this place. He had to survive, no matter what.

He took out one of his few remaining rare items from his Space Button, intending to leave this place and get out of Moira Lynch’s attack range.

After all, even if he had a lot of puppets, they would run out eventually. He couldn’t just sit there and wait to die.

But Moira Lynch was already prepared for this. To prevent his escape, she had used a high-level item.

Even though Moira Lynch wasn’t short on items, high-level ones were still quite rare.

The item was called "Space Lock," and it could temporarily seal off the surrounding area. The duration was also ten minutes.

During this period, no one except Moira Lynch would be able to use any items.

Seeing that the item in his hand failed to teleport him away as he’d hoped, Moonlight Magician, in a fit of rage and frustration, threw it to the ground.

Moira Lynch seized the opportunity, drew her bow again, and shot an arrow straight through his head.

As expected, the fatal wound healed in an instant, leaving him good as new.

"Don’t waste your energy. You can’t kill me."

Moonlight Magician looked at the arrow that had fallen to the ground, a disdainful expression on his face.

"Is that so? I don’t believe you."

Immediately after, Moonlight Magician clutched his heart, his face contorted in agony.

The pain of his heart being crushed was so intense he couldn’t help but let out an agonized groan.

Although his heart would quickly regenerate, it was immediately crushed again.

As the number of his deaths mounted, Moonlight Magician began to panic.

"Your obsession with killing me will only cause more deaths! Those people will die because of you. Don’t you feel any guilt? They are all living, breathing human beings."

’Is he trying to guilt-trip me?’

But it seemed this man had overestimated her moral compass.

"Don’t talk as if those people will survive if I just stop. Besides, why should I feel guilty? You’re the one who got them killed, not me. What does it have to do with me?"

Moira Lynch was speechless.

’I’ve heard of people outsourcing filial piety, but now they’re outsourcing morality too?’

Amidst Moonlight Magician’s despair, Moira Lynch crushed his heart one last time. This time, he did not revive.

Seeing this, Moira Lynch didn’t let down her guard. She attacked the corpse a few more times to make sure he was well and truly dead.

Only after confirming he was completely and utterly dead did Moira Lynch finally breathe a sigh of relief.

A quick mental calculation told her she had killed him at least several dozen times just now.

[Congratulations to player SoySauceDrunkard for killing player Moonlight Magician. You have been awarded the title: "Punisher of Evil."]

[Due to the death of player Moonlight Magician, his assets have become ownerless. After deducting the fee for the recent Teleportation, please settle the remaining balance as soon as possible.]

Moira Lynch: "..."

’So you’re telling me Moonlight Magician’s assets weren’t even enough to cover the Teleportation fee?’

She had originally thought she’d have some money left over after the fee was deducted. Now it seemed she’d been dreaming.

Looking at the corpse on the ice, Moira Lynch cast an Annihilation Fire, incinerating his body until not even ash remained.

After finishing all that, Moira Lynch played with the Cloudsea Whale for a while.

The Cloudsea Whale had grown quite a bit since it was born and could now fly above the sea for short periods.

But it was still a long way from being large enough to build a city on its back.

Moira Lynch stroked the Cloudsea Whale’s enormous head. "Eat lots of food. You have to eat a lot to grow big."

"Wooooo~"

The Cloudsea Whale cried out happily.

By the time Moira Lynch returned to her room, everything outside had gone quiet again.

She habitually opened the game forums.

The forums were buzzing with activity. They always became exceptionally lively after a game session ended.

[Five Words From The Sky: I wonder what kind of good stuff the master SoySauceDrunkard brought back from the game this time. I can’t wait!]

[The Heaven-Defying Gang: Same, can’t wait.]

[Mason Lennox: I’m more curious about when the next batch of Elf Tree Houses will be listed.]

Just as a group of players were discussing what new items the [Don’t Miss It] shop would be listing, someone suddenly brought up the [flrst] shop.

[QuietLeisure: I heard the deposit for the [flrst] shop went down again. Does anyone want to form a group and go check it out? I heard the owner brought back a lot of great stuff from the game this time.]

Because entering the shop required a security deposit, you could count the number of people who could actually get inside on one hand.

Later, the [flrst] shop seemed to realize that the barrier to entry they’d set was too high and was keeping most people out, so they lowered the deposit amount.

It went from one thousand Gold Coins down to one hundred. But even so, only a few people could afford a hundred Gold Coins, so they lowered it again from one hundred to ten.

[Star of Light: Whoever wants to go can go, I’m not going. It’s like that saying: ’Yesterday, you wouldn’t give me the time of day; today, I’m out of your league.’]

’Looks like people have some strong opinions about the [flrst] shop,’

[User 4869: If the user above isn’t going, then I’m not going either.]

[Nan Qiang: Never mind that the stuff in the [flrst] shop is ridiculously expensive, their customer service is also terrible. I bought something once and never wanted to go back. Master SoySauceDrunkard is so much better; any potential issues with their products are always clearly marked beforehand.]

Moira Lynch browsed the game forums for a while longer. Driven by curiosity, she decided to enter the [flrst] shop again.

After paying the deposit, she entered the shop and immediately saw several game pods displayed in the most conspicuous location.

When Moira Lynch arrived, a crowd was gathered around the game pods, haggling over the price.

"These game pods are too expensive! Can’t you make them a little cheaper?"

"Our game pods are one-of-a-kind. Take it or leave it. If you’re not buying, don’t stand in the way of those who are."

"Hmph! So what if they’re one-of-a-kind now? They might not be in a few hours."

In a few hours, SoySauceDrunkard’s [Don’t Miss It] shop would be opening for business.

The others couldn’t help but nod in agreement. Besides the exorbitant price, the other reason they hadn’t bought one yet was that they were waiting for the [Don’t Miss It] shop to open.
