However, getting three hundred Real Exchange Coupons was a bit difficult for him. After all, most of those coupons were currently concentrated in the hands of the military, the Royal Court, interstellar pirates, and the Major Guilds.

He would need to do some careful planning if he wanted to bring this item into the real world.

After all, if those people knew he had a realizable item in his possession, he would never have another moment of peace.

Moira Lynch was unaware of Lord Fair-reign’s thoughts. After handing out the reward, she turned and left.

Seeing this, Lord Fair-reign didn’t say anything, his mind preoccupied with the Real Exchange Coupons.

Moira Lynch requested to end her shift early, and the main system quickly approved it.

With a single thought, Moira Lynch found herself back in the familiar space from before.

The giant screen before her displayed the five NPCs she was assigned to play for this game session.

Among them, only the Village Chief’s Daughter was marked as "Completed," while Azure was marked as "In Progress."

The remaining three NPCs were all marked as "Not Started."

Following the system’s prompt, Moira Lynch found an icon to the side, clicked on it, and located the exit button.

She clicked "Confirm."

Then, everything went black.

When she opened her eyes again, Moira Lynch found herself lying inside something that resembled a Hibernation Pod.

The pod door slid open slowly, and Moira Lynch sat up.

Glancing around, she saw that there were other players here besides herself.

They were inside their own pods, eyes tightly shut, clearly still immersed in the game.

Moira Lynch guessed this was some kind of workroom.

After scanning the room and confirming she didn’t recognize anyone, Moira Lynch turned and headed for the exit.

She hadn’t forgotten her objective. She communicated with Patience in her mind, ’Patience, where is this place?’

A few seconds later, Patience gave a precise answer.

[Based on your location, this is the Fona star system, the closest one to the Federal Capital Planet.]

Immediately after, a beautiful pink planet appeared before Moira Lynch.

’Locate the nearest junkyard,’ Moira Lynch commanded.

[Based on your location, the largest junkyard is an hour away. Given that you have work tonight, I do not recommend you go.]

Hearing this, Moira Lynch considered the distance. It was indeed a bit far, so she reluctantly dropped the idea.

Just then, a stern-faced robot wearing a hat appeared before Moira Lynch. It looked down at her and asked, "It’s working hours. Why are you here?"

Moira Lynch reacted instantly, pulling out her Recycler’s badge and pinning it on. "I’m a new Recycler. I’m still getting used to the environment here."

The robot glanced down at the badge on Moira Lynch’s chest and muttered, "Did the company hire a Recycler? Why didn’t I know about this? Oh, well. Follow me. A batch of equipment was recently decommissioned. You can take it away."

’Equipment?’

’Could it be gaming equipment?’

’This is a gaming company, after all. It’s normal for them to have decommissioned gaming gear.’

’Thinking of the pod I was just in... was that not a Hibernation Pod, but a gaming pod?’

Led by the robot, Moira Lynch arrived at a warehouse.

As the warehouse door slowly slid open, the scene inside was revealed.

The warehouse was filled with fist-sized stones that emitted a faint glow.

"This will be your workstation from now on," the robot said.

Moira Lynch nodded. ’Patience, what are these stones?’ she asked silently.

[Used energy stones. They have approximately ten percent of their energy remaining.]

’Energy stones?’

’The name sounds promising.’

After the robot left, Moira Lynch expertly extended her spiritual power, beginning to collect all the energy stones into her personal space.

She would stop to eat whenever she felt hungry, and then get right back to work after she was full.

Little did she know, while she was engrossed in collecting energy stones, the item she had created was causing a massive uproar in the outside world.

This is what happened.

After receiving the reward from the Village Chief’s Daughter, Lord Fair-reign had planned to lie low and bide his time.

After all, throughout the galaxy, both people who had awakened a Healing Talent and Healing-type items were incredibly rare and valuable.

Furthermore, most Healing items were either single-use or low-level with limited effects.

An item like the one Lord Fair-reign had acquired—one that could heal both himself and others, and on a very short cooldown—was exceptionally valuable.

Lord Fair-reign had originally planned to use Real Exchange Coupons to bring the item into reality first. Then, whether he sold it or kept it for himself, he would be set for the rest of his life.

But as the saying goes: it’s not the god-like opponent you have to fear, but the pig-headed teammate.

Lord Fair-reign had a girlfriend he adored. He told no one else about the item, making an exception only for her.

Less than ten minutes later, the news—along with a screenshot of the Healing Ring—appeared on his girlfriend’s social media feed.

By the time Lord Fair-reign found out, it was already too late.

Looking at his girlfriend, who clearly didn’t think she’d done anything wrong, Lord Fair-reign suddenly felt an overwhelming sense of exhaustion.

"I told you not to tell anyone about this! Why can’t you just listen? Were you that desperate to show off?"

His girlfriend, who had been trying to make excuses, immediately deflated when she saw how truly angry Lord Fair-reign was.

She knew she was in the wrong, but all she’d done was post a photo to show off to her friends. Who could have guessed they would post it on the Astranet?

Just then, the doorbell suddenly rang.

Hearing the noise, his girlfriend stood up. "I’ll get the door," she said softly.

Normally, seeing her act so meekly would have made Lord Fair-reign get up to comfort her, but this time, he didn’t even twitch.

Because just moments before, the military, the Royal Court, and several major families had all contacted him, wanting to buy the item he possessed.

But the price they offered was only one percent of what he had originally expected.

After all, the item was still just a virtual game prop. If these factions ganged up to pressure him, he would never be able to gather enough resources to bring the Healing Ring into reality on his own.

On top of all that, even the interstellar pirates had contacted him.

Receiving this much attention from so many powerful figures at once was something Lord Fair-reign would have never even dared to dream of in the past.

But now, he would rather do without any of it.
