When the two Sea Sprites heard someone was stealing on their territory, they immediately took the matter seriously.

Although they didn’t think one of their own was responsible, if word of such an incident got out, it would still tarnish their reputation.

"We will investigate this thoroughly. We should have results by this afternoon. Rest assured, we will deal with this kind of theft sternly."

Hearing this, Moira Lynch nodded in satisfaction.

Back in the giant sugarcane area, the other players had already started working.

Although Moira Lynch wasn’t late, she was the last one to arrive.

However, most people were absorbed in their work and didn’t notice her.

Suddenly, the crisp sound of an explosion echoed from nearby.

Moira Lynch turned toward the sound.

She watched as a giant stalk of sugarcane, over ten meters tall and as thick as a leg, suddenly burst open. The cane borers inside scattered in all directions like confetti.

The expressions of the people nearby had changed from initial shock to weary acceptance.

As they progressed, the probability of finding worms increased, so whenever someone was about to tackle a new stalk of giant sugarcane, everyone nearby would immediately scatter.

This was because a giant sugarcane stalk infested with worms would explode with just a single tap from an external force.

So, only after seeing that the first strike didn’t cause an explosion would everyone breathe a sigh of relief and gather around again.

By now, most of the giant sugarcane in this area had been cut down.

Moira Lynch scanned the remaining stalks with her spiritual power. There were just over a dozen left. Only two or three were intact; the rest had been eaten hollow by cane borers.

Seeing this, Moira Lynch secretly used her spiritual power to remove all the cane borers from the infested sugarcane.

Consequently, when a player went to strike a giant sugarcane stalk, it didn’t explode. Instead, it was cut down with surprising ease.

It wasn’t until the stalk slowly toppled over that everyone realized something was wrong.

The inside of the sugarcane was empty. No wonder it had been so easy to cut.

But this wasn’t the time to dwell on such things. There was only a little giant sugarcane left, and they needed to speed up.

In no time at all, the remaining giant sugarcane stalks were all felled.

After the last giant sugarcane stalk was carried away by the combined effort of the robots, a new robot appeared, slightly taller than the others.

Moira Lynch was no stranger to this type of robot.

She had encountered this model during the first and second rounds of the game.

From her limited interactions with them before, she had learned they were hired by the farm and ranch.

Originally, Moira Lynch had planned to ask where she could hire them and what their monthly salary was the next time she encountered this type of robot in the game.

But now that she had a better option, she dismissed the idea.

"You have completed your work well. Now, I will take you to the next location," the robot said in a completely emotionless voice.

"We’ve finished our work. Shouldn’t we get to rest now?" a player suddenly interjected.

The comment instantly resonated with many others.

They had worked so desperately just now because they thought they could rest early after finishing the task.

At this, the robot merely glanced at them and said, "It is not time to rest yet. Please continue working."

With that, it turned and walked in another direction without a backward glance.

The player who had spoken felt he had lost face. His face flushed red, and he snapped, furious from the embarrassment, "You’re just a robot! Why should we listen to you?"

He then threatened the surrounding players, "None of you are allowed to go! Come back and rest with me. They can’t punish all of us! As long as none of us go, it can’t do anything to us."

Moira Lynch looked at the man, whose mental state was clearly unstable.

She remembered that this person had awakened a talent called "Patience."

This talent allowed one to overdraw on their future potential.

Simply put, if someone was running a marathon, they would normally lack the stamina to finish. But by overdrawing on their future stamina with the Patience talent, they could turn the impossible into the possible.

However, the side effects of this talent were also very apparent. After all, overdrawing was like taking out a loan—what is borrowed must be repaid, and with interest.

According to research, excessive use of the Patience talent could damage the nervous system, leading to emotional instability, a decrease in intelligence, and impulsiveness.

Just like the man in front of her.

No one paid any mind to his threat.

He might not want his spot in the game, but they certainly did.

Watching the robot’s figure recede into the distance, Moira Lynch was the first to follow, with the others close behind.

And not a single person who had initially agreed with the man stayed behind.

The man, abandoned by everyone, stood there screaming in a rage.

His mind was now controlled by anger, completely oblivious to the consequences of his actions.

He was like a person on the verge of a breakdown, creating a scene without any regard for the situation.

Just then, two robots descended from the sky and swiftly subdued the man.

At the same time, the voice of the game system echoed in every player’s ears.

[Warning! Player Gigas has deliberately disrupted public order. Player status is hereby revoked. The user will never be readmitted.]

The game system had just announced at the start that a second batch of players would be selected from Caelus. A punishment like this was undeniably severe.

After hearing the system’s punishment, all the players fell silent and obediently followed the robot.

After walking for a few minutes, the group was led to a boundless vegetable field.

"Your task is to pull up all the beets here and stack them neatly over there," the robot said, pointing to a flat, clear area nearby.

’So these are beets.’

Moira Lynch looked at the field before her. Not long ago, led by the two Sea Sprites, and again last night, she had acquired quite a bit of Elf Syrup made from these very beets.

They had dark green leaves that looked a lot like radish tops. The actual beets must be growing in the ground.

After giving the instructions, the robot didn’t leave. Instead, it moved to the side, apparently to supervise them.

Moira Lynch went to the edge of the field, gripped the base of the leaves with both hands, and pulled.

Unsurprisingly, the part below the leaves didn’t budge an inch.

And she wasn’t her old self anymore; she could now carry a gas canister on her shoulder without any trouble.

Looking around at the others, their situation seemed similar to hers. Not a single person had managed to pull a beet out of the ground yet.

Some had even transformed, but it was still no use.

A few even used too much force and snapped the leaves right off, while the root below remained firmly in place.
