At that moment, Kai York still didn’t quite understand what she meant.

’What does she mean, I don’t need it now but I will soon?’

However, before he could ask for clarification, he felt a warm liquid burst from his nose.

Take note: it gushed, it didn’t just drip.

Two streams of bright red blood shot out from Kai York’s nose, landing squarely on the sofa across from him.

The distance from Kai York’s position to the sofa was at least a meter.

For a nosebleed to spray that far, you could tell it had some serious force behind it.

The blood continued to pour out endlessly, and nothing could stop it.

At that moment, Kai York finally understood what Moira Lynch had said earlier.

He scrambled to grab tissues to stuff up his nostrils, but it was completely useless.

Kai York’s nose was like two open faucets, constantly gushing blood.

"Moira, what do we do?" Shane Rhodes asked, looking at Moira Lynch.

Moira Lynch just shook her head helplessly. "There’s nothing I can do. He’s clearly overdone it with the supplements. It’s not like he’s sick. Why don’t we find a traditional doctor to take a look?"

To prevent Kai York from bleeding to death at such a tender age, Hugh Finch opened his phone’s contacts and started calling for help.

A few minutes later, a man who was 1.9 meters tall, with a narrow waist, long legs, and an aura of maturity, walked in from outside, carrying a case in his hand.

The moment he entered, he was greeted by a scene that looked just like a crime scene.

The living room was splattered with blood everywhere, and the floor was littered with countless blood-soaked tissues.

Moira Lynch, Shane Rhodes, and Hugh Finch were also covered in blood, on their clothes and their hands.

Kai York was lying on his back on the sofa, his gaze vacant, his face smeared with blood. Blood was still gushing from his nose, but the flow had clearly lessened compared to before.

"Did you guys have a fight and call me here to dispose of the body?" Ethan Finch surveyed his surroundings and came to this conclusion.

Hugh Finch rolled his eyes. "What nonsense are you talking about, Bro? Hurry up and take a look at Kai York. He’s about to do himself in."

"Oh."

Ethan Finch strode over to Kai York’s side on his long legs. He first checked Kai York’s complexion. "Pale face due to excessive blood loss."

He couldn’t tell much else, since everything was covered in blood.

Then he pulled up an arm and began to check his pulse.

A moment later, Ethan Finch withdrew his hand, his expression toward Kai York a complicated one.

Seeing his expression, Kai York immediately panicked. "Ethan, that look on your face... Am I a lost cause?"

’But I only ate two tendrils of Soul Resurrection Grass,’ he thought. ’Could there have been some Poisonous Herb mixed in?’

Hearing this, Ethan Finch shot him a glare. "No, your body is fine. I mean, what’s a young man like you doing eating ginseng? And it looks like it was quite old, too. You’ve over-supplemented yourself. Just eat light for the next couple of days and you’ll be fine."

After speaking, Ethan Finch gave Kai York a look of profound disappointment. "Honestly, you’ll eat anything. You’ve completely wasted a good thing."

He was fine, yet he still got a scolding. Kai York felt that if a pill for regret existed in this world, he would definitely go back a few minutes and beat his gluttonous self to death.

Hugh Finch stood up to see his brother out.

Before leaving, as if he’d just remembered something, Ethan Finch suddenly turned back to remind Kai York, "You’d better find some... activities... to burn off your energy for the next few days." Then he turned and whispered to Hugh Finch, "He probably won’t be able to sleep for the next two days."

’He deserves it.’

Hugh Finch thought to himself.

After seeing him off, Hugh tossed his bloodstained clothes over to Kai. "You got these dirty. Remember to wash them when you’re better."

Immediately after, Moira Lynch and Shane Rhodes followed suit, throwing their clothes at him as well.

Kai York, holding the three pieces of dirty, bloodstained clothing, wanted to cry but had no tears. His face was a mask of accusation. "I’m still having a nosebleed! Is this how you treat a patient?"

"Don’t forget to clean up the living room later, or the smell of blood will attract bugs."

Moira Lynch packed away the leftover hot pot, broth and all. It had been used to cook meat and vegetables, so it was good stuff. Nothing should go to waste; it could be used to cook noodles for the next meal.

「A few days later, the fifteenth day after the game ended finally arrived.」

Now, almost the entire world was waiting for this day to come, because this was the day SoySauceDrunkard was set to auction off the development rights for the planets.

Information about the planets had already been released in advance.

Two of the planets were Garbage Stars, so Moira Lynch had divided them into several large sections, letting the winning nations develop them on their own. Any resources they contained would have to be discovered by the winners themselves.

As for Mochina, what was being auctioned were the mineral development rights, which included many additional clauses, the most important of which was the prohibition against damaging the surrounding environment.

Moreover, this auction was different from previous ones.

The entire top floor of the shop had been cleared out. The full view and status of all the mineral veins up for auction were displayed, and the planets were also divided into several parts for separate display.

The auction would run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., lasting a total of twelve hours.

During these twelve hours, anyone could enter a price under the corresponding auction item.

At the same time, the highest price would always be displayed at the very top of the item listing.

Within these twelve hours, everyone would have unlimited opportunities to change their bid. Once 8 p.m. passed, only the highest bidder would be the final victor.

This was a battle of endurance, a test not only of financial strength but also of psychological fortitude.

Well, in truth, Moira Lynch only chose this method because she didn’t want to auction things off one by one.

After all, she was well aware of her own speaking skills; she was no match for a real auctioneer’s smooth and witty talk.

If she were to actually host the auction, it would most likely turn into an awkward, silent affair.

At that point, this highly anticipated auction would probably become a laughingstock, and an indelible dark Chapter in her personal history.

’So, yeah, better not.’

Most importantly, the number of items in this auction was truly a bit much.

Besides the undevelopable regions, the two planets had been divided by her into ten plots. Then there were the mineral veins on Mochina—dozens of them, large and small, and that was just what was on the surface.

So, it was better to let these people sort it out themselves. She wouldn’t get involved.

According to the information she had gathered with her spiritual power over the past few days, Cathaya had already formed cooperative relationships with several other countries.

Cathaya’s current focus was on Veridian Prime. After all, a planet that large could absorb any number of people and still not be enough, so naturally, they weren’t paying as much attention to other matters.

However, several of the mineral veins on Mochina were extremely rare, being raw materials used for manufacturing Mecha throughout the galaxy. These veins were Cathaya’s target this time.

As soon as 8 o’clock struck, countless people scrambled to flood into Moira Lynch’s "Don’t Miss It" shop.
