Another World Mall

Chapter 1152: Versatile Utilization

Clovis and Hana looked at each other. "This... Isn’t this good?"

Hana couldn’t help but imagine one thing. "You have been worried about helping other people, right? You’re afraid that they will examine your items and find out that they’re magical items."

"This might be able to solve it." Clovis nodded with a serious expression.

"Yes. We can finally strengthen our own people. We will just have them wear better armor. For the time being, the scenario will be getting materials from the material store. That will probably be fine for your closest allies who know they won’t leak your secrets, such as your grandfather, your parents, even Sir Ezekiel.

"They will have the finest armaments to boost their strength. Of course, we will provide them with some items from Another World Mall as well.

"Then, there will be the second circle. This will probably be the elite units, who have loyalty to you. The only one I can think of is the Hacfield family’s Shadow Guards. There are a few more I can think of, but they are not exactly that loyal. I mean, even I have my own squads for protection.

"Regardless, we will be able to provide them with these kinds of weapons and armor. They won’t think much if we just say that these pieces of equipment were created by the best blacksmith.

"Last but not least, the elites in the third circle. They’re basically allies you can slightly trust, but not too much. This will include the people from the Dark Moon Mercenary, the Three Swords, and even powerful figures from the military.

"They would get stronger and could provide ample support for the entire army. They are the ones with the highest chance of losing it or simply trying to uncover your secrets. However, you still need them for the upcoming war.

"So, giving them these pieces of equipment should solve the problem."

Clovis nodded with a serious expression. He had a headache, wondering how he should strengthen them. The Prophet had been building an army to oppose him, so he expected that he would have the numerical advantage.

The only way to counter it was to strengthen his own people, but he had been thinking about how to do it.

It seemed that he had finally found his answer. "That’s indeed true. Still, we will probably need an astronomical amount of money, right?"

"Not really. I mean, the upgrading cost aside, I should be able to handle the rest. For example, I’ve been storing all kinds of materials. I can use them to create weapons and armor easily. It’s not like you need to provide them all with Tier 9 weapons.

"However, we can simply get the lizard’s corpse back from the government if we offer to make pieces of equipment ’using your ability.’ This would make them think that these pieces of equipment will be special and they have no reason to reject your offer.

"The Tier 9 equipment created from that corpse will create a foundation for a rumor. Then, we will provide other Tier 7 or Tier 8 equipment for the rest. Because of this customization, not only will it make them stronger, but it will also look less suspicious.

"After all, the materials to make all the equipment came from this world, not the weird things in Another World Mall. Those who can keep a secret will have their equipment mixed with the materials from Another World Mall."

Clovis looked down, contemplating. The arrangement was indeed suitable for their current situation.

As long as these elites would get strong enough to face the overwhelming numbers, his plan should work out.

More importantly, he also planned to combine it with his travel agency so that he could find the best route for the army.

Clovis glanced at Hana. "Do you think you can do it?"

"Of course." Hana smiled. "To avoid suspicion, I’m going to bring in some experts in forging. Should we sell some at the auction?"

"I’m not sure about this yet. People will be fighting for it, but it might cause another problem."

"Fair enough. Still, you will show yourself as a Tier 9 human. Reolf will do it too. So, they will be less likely to create a problem for the time being. I think it will be fine to make some Tier 9 weapons for them to fight. It will be a better Tier 9 weapon than anything you can see in the market... not like there are any Tier 9 weapons in the market since not many Tier 9 beasts have been hunted." Hana chuckled. "Anyway, you get my point."

Clovis thought for a moment. "In that case, let’s just prepare for both scenarios. If we end up not selling it later, we will just reward it to some loyal people."

"Okay then. I will handle all the production. We will gradually release it. The problem will be secrecy. The military should be able to keep the secret for a while, but not too long. Those guys can treat top secrets, but the enemies might already have spies among us. Unfortunately, we don’t have anything to find the spies. If only the mall provides an item to find it."

"Maybe this mall can give it to you..." Clovis suddenly thought of something.

"What do you mean?"

"Do you remember how much Melody likes games?"

"Games? G-Games? GAMES!" Hana gasped in shock. "You’re saying we should create spy glasses or something?"

Clovis smiled. If they enhanced it, would there be an option to detect spies or something?

"Hahahaha! That’s a brilliant idea, not guaranteed, but still... it might actually work. If we can find those spies and eliminate them beforehand. The enemies will be fighting us blind." Hana pumped her fists, getting excited.

"It might also help you find company spies as well, but that’s for a different matter."

"That’s for the future, but yes." Hana smirked. "Okay. I’m going to pour in some more resources for this."

Clovis just watched her with a smile after seeing how excited she became. It seemed that the store was more versatile than it looked.
