"Girl!" the tree called out to Violet.

Violet naturally approached it.

DING!

(Tree Father, Level 33 Monster Boss!)

The notification appeared on Enzo’s screen when Violet got close enough.

Just as he had expected, the Tree Father had grown stronger.

"Is there something you need?" Violet asked.

"Your strength seems to be increasing very quickly," the tree replied.

"Indeed. I’m just always lucky," Violet answered.

Enzo wasn’t sure why the tree was bringing this up.

Its perception was also incredible, as it was capable of detecting Violet’s strength.

"So you’re always lucky, a human who is always lucky," the tree said again.

Its tone began to sound as though it had realized something it hadn’t expected.

Enzo and Violet both furrowed their brows.

Then, a moment later, Violet leaped as high as she could.

Her Fluctuation sensed something approaching from beneath the ground, and sure enough, countless roots burst out of the earth, clearly intending to grab her legs just like last time.

"Gadis, if you continue being this lucky, won’t you become extremely dangerous?" the tree shouted angrily.

Suddenly, the entire area beneath them was filled with roots, all of them shooting upward like striking snakes.

Enzo rolled his eyes.

Monsters really were monsters. They were truly impossible to trust or make into allies.

After seeing Violet again and realizing how much stronger she had become, it immediately recognized her as a threat.

And once it considered her a threat, it simply attacked.

The roots weren’t merely fast. It was obvious that they possessed the ability to absorb vitality. If someone were caught by them, they might very well die.

More importantly, with its Level 33, the Tree Father could release countless roots at once.

They were incredibly fast.

Whoosh!

Rather than relying on her threads, Violet chose to use Fluctuation to propel herself across the river.

It was much faster.

In an instant, she was pushed to the other side and continued being propelled even farther, making it look as though she were flying.

The Tree Father’s eyes widened when it saw this.

With Violet getting farther and farther away, there was naturally nothing it could do.

Enzo decided not to fight it.

He wasn’t confident that Violet could win, and he felt that fighting the tree would be too troublesome.

Among all monsters, trees were probably some of the best at surviving. Even if they were at the same level, Violet was far stronger, yet killing a tree would still likely be difficult.

It was better to avoid it for now.

At this moment, Enzo had only one goal—to reach Level 30 today.

Even after reaching Level 30, he would still need to fill his EXP bar.

Only after that could he start thinking about the Longevity Stone, another material he needed to break through to Level 31.

Violet landed in front of a rocky hill that had been split in two. Beyond it stood a massive mountain that had also been cleaved in half.

’Hmm, there really is a Level 33 Monster in that mountain.’

Enzo received a notification when he spotted a stone giant standing within the split mountain.

It was about fifteen meters tall, with a muscular humanoid body.

Its entire body was made of stone.

This was naturally a Stone Titan.

If it were made of earth instead, it would be called an Earth Titan.

They weren’t particularly rare, but they generally lived in mountainous regions.

Since the weakest among them were already Level 31, very few Awakeners were qualified to fight them. That was why stories about Titans were rarely heard.

Those who encountered them rarely lived to tell the tale.

The Titan walked back and forth within the split mountain, seemingly confused.

In reality, it was simply warming up its body.

Violet was still quite far away, but Enzo could see the Titan clearly on the screen.

The Titan naturally hadn’t noticed Violet’s presence.

Since it was Level 33, killing it definitely wouldn’t be easy.

’I think it’s time to change her armor,’ Enzo thought.

Violet was only wearing clothing that had been specially manufactured with power equivalent to a Class B Armor.

It increased both Agility and Vitality by 20%.

How would it compare to a Class A+ Armor?

Violet removed the coat she was wearing.

Enzo felt that it was probably time to return it to Star Fashion Company.

It hadn’t even been a week. Violet hadn’t even received her weekly payment yet, but who could blame her when she had leveled up so quickly?

Other people with Class S Talents didn’t progress as quickly because, unlike Violet, they weren’t constantly willing to take risks.

Other people simply didn’t dare to rush forward like her.

Then, a black armor automatically appeared around Violet’s body, instantly covering her completely and adjusting itself to her figure.

A row of spikes ran along its back, while horns protruded from its helmet.

Whether it was a Class A or even a Class A+ Armor, it could be equipped automatically from within a Storage Artifact.

DING!

(You have equipped Class A+ Armor, Giant Steel Armor. Your Strength increases by 60%, while your other attributes increase by 30%. This armor will create a shockwave every time you unleash a physical attack!)

[Strength: 636 +25% +60%] [Agility: 680 +30% ×3] [Intelligence: 493 +30%] [Vitality: 450 +30%]

"Ohhh..."

The notification surprised Enzo.

Agility and Vitality actually received a greater boost compared to the coat.

More importantly, it also increased Strength and Intelligence.

’But this thing is really heavy,’ Enzo thought.

He could feel that Violet’s speed had actually decreased compared to when she was wearing the coat.

The reduction in speed was probably around 20%.

’It doesn’t matter for now. I’ll replace it later...’

Violet entered Invisible Mode before approaching the Titan.

She passed through the split hill before arriving in front of the divided mountain.

Her steps stopped there.

Of course, this time she would rely on Fluctuation once again.

A massive amount of Fluctuation rapidly gathered in front of her.

This time, she didn’t hold back at all.

She continued gathering more and more, something Enzo deliberately ordered her to do.

Without using her full strength, he wasn’t confident that it would work.

Finally, one of Violet’s hands was already clutching her head.

Whoosh!

Violet sent the gathered Fluctuation toward the Titan’s neck, which was the smallest part of its body.

If its neck was destroyed, there was no way it could survive.

After releasing such a massive amount of Fluctuation, both of Violet’s hands clutched her head.

Her eyes widened as though she could feel a powerful vibration inside her mind.

Boom!

At that moment, the Titan’s neck shattered without it even realizing an attack was coming.

The resulting shockwave sent its head flying high into the air while its enormous body crashed heavily to the ground.

DING!

(Your character has killed a Level 33 Monster. You and your character have received 700,000,000 EXP!)

[Strength: 726 +25% +60%] [Agility: 770 +30% ×3] [Intelligence: 583 +30%] [Vitality: 540 +30%]

"We leveled up immediately."

Enzo was quite stunned.

He had been prepared to fight another monster before reaching Level 28, but apparently that wouldn’t be necessary.

"Ohh..."

He noticed that Violet wasn’t merely holding her head with both hands.

She had actually dropped to her knees and lowered her head.

Whoosh!

A bottle of Soul Liquid appeared in her hand while her armor’s helmet automatically disappeared.

She immediately placed the tip of the bottle against her lips and sucked the liquid down in an instant, since there was so little of it.

The result was immediately visible.

Violet’s body briefly emitted a transparent glow before she was able to stand again.

However, both of her hands were still clutching her head.

Enzo shook his head with a wry smile.

Once again, Violet took out another bottle of Soul Liquid and drank it.

Phew!

She then let out a relieved sigh on her own, since Enzo obviously hadn’t done it.

This time, she finally stopped holding her head.

’The price for using this Talent is too high,’ Enzo thought.

He had thought that one bottle would be enough.

Apparently, it took two.

As Violet’s level continued to rise, she might need even more bottles.

The effect was unavoidable even at higher levels because, ultimately, the amount of Fluctuation she could control would only become greater.

’Unless there’s an artifact with an effect similar to Soul Liquid,’ Enzo thought.

"Mm..."

He noticed a ball of light emerging from the Titan’s corpse.
