After Marrying 5 Yandere Wives, I Obtained a 10,000x Return System
Chapter 334: Luke Destroyed Adaptation Before It Could Adapt!
For a moment, he didn’t even know whether to be impressed or irritated, because Luke constantly called the ancient Titans maniacs for attempting impossible things, yet whenever he was given the slightest opportunity, he immediately tried something even more unreasonable himself.
At that even System screen appeared beside Sevaroth.
[Yeah. Luke is the biggest maniac among all of you. He keeps attempting impossible things and nearly getting himself killed.]
The System was obviously remembering the Essence Cloud Tribulation.
Luke completely ignored both of them.
His attention remained fixed on the Origin Titan.
However, something unexpected was happening inside the Fragment.
The crimson glow filling the Origin Titan’s eyes had begun fading slightly as he stared at Luke and the cosmic formation filling the sky.
"A being who accepts the impossible... and then makes it happen."
The words escaped his mouth almost absentmindedly.
His gaze remained fixed on Luke, but his thoughts had already drifted toward a distant past.
"Is that why your body can hold four Forbidden bloodlines?"
Memories that had remained buried beneath corruption began surfacing.
Once, the Origin Titan had possessed overwhelming power from the moment of his birth, and because victory had always come naturally to him, there had eventually been little reason to challenge himself beyond what he already believed possible.
He had been strong.
He had kept winning.
And somewhere along the way, he had stopped attempting things that seemed impossible.
Then those beings had come.
Everything he possessed had become useless before them, and only when defeat had already become unavoidable had he finally attempted something that should have been impossible.
’But I failed.’
Regret passed through the Origin Fragment’s fading crimson eyes.
That failure had eventually left him broken into fragments and imprisoned, forced to remain here while waiting for the mercy of beings he could no longer oppose.
Luke noticed none of it.
His entire concentration remained on the attack.
"HAH!"
He drove his fist forward.
The Cosmic Severinity Eclipse Punch moved with him.
The three-kilometer Force fist carrying Physical and Energy Severance surged through the celestial alignment, drawing upon the combined flow created by the thirteen Cosmic Systems before descending toward the Origin Titan’s thousand-foot body.
The air in front of it didn’t simply move aside, because the pressure behind the strike violently tore through it as the fist crossed the remaining distance.
Then it reached the outer Horizon Glass Body.
BOOOOOOM!
The pale glass prism shattered on contact.
SHATTER—!
Fragments burst outward across the sky as the outer body broke apart without slowing the fist enough to matter, while the Aspect of Distance hidden within it immediately tried to stretch the remaining path between the attack and the Crystal Body.
This time, however, the effect could no longer create an unreachable horizon.
The Origin Fragment was restricted by the rules of its own trial body.
Its current vessel remained at Peak D-Rank, and even after combining the powers of Adaptation and Distance, the effective strength it could produce had reached only around Peak B-Rank according to the human combat comparison Luke understood.
The Cosmic Severinity Eclipse Punch had already surpassed that limit.
It hadn’t reached Half-A-Rank.
Luke could feel that much.
Yet the sheer physical output carried by the fist was still far beyond an ordinary Peak B-Rank attack, reaching something comparable to the accumulated force of nearly a hundred Peak B-Rank punches, and that was before considering the Authority of Severance woven throughout it.
The stretched distance continued resisting.
The fist continued advancing.
Black Severance lines flickered across its surface as sections of the Distance Aspect’s influence broke apart along the path, while the overwhelming Force behind the attack simply kept consuming whatever separation remained.
Meter after meter disappeared.
Until finally—
The gigantic fist reached the Crystal Body.
For a fraction of a second, the entire world seemed to become still.
Then the fist struck.
KRAAAAAAAAAAASH!
The thousand-foot Crystal Body shattered instantly.
Crystalline fragments exploded in every direction as the Adaptation Fragment was broken apart before its body could complete any meaningful response to the attack, while streaks of white crystal scattered across the sky like broken stars.
The Cosmic Severinity Eclipse Punch continued forward.
Luke’s expression changed.
’Wait—’
The remaining force crossed the space where the Origin Titan had stood and crashed directly into the land beneath him.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
The entire trial world shook.
The ground didn’t merely crater beneath the impact, because cracks immediately spread for kilometers in every direction before tearing deeper into the foundation of the artificial world itself.
Luke’s eyes widened.
’Damn it! I messed up!’
It was already too late.
The fractures raced outward like cracks spreading through glass, cutting through mountains, splitting coastlines, and tearing across the seas as entire sections of the artificial landscape began collapsing into one another.
The world itself was breaking.
Fortunately, this place was only the world created for the Origin Fragment’s trial, while the true prison surrounding it was still the Heaven’s Crucible outside.
If Luke had released the same attack directly against the real Heaven’s Crucible, destroying it wouldn’t have been anywhere near this simple, and without accessing the genuine depth of his Forbidden powers, he doubted he could have broken that place at all.
CRAAAAACK—!
Another fracture spread across the sky.
The mountains in the distance began collapsing as the seas rose violently around broken landmasses, while pieces of the sky itself separated like shattered glass and revealed darkness beyond the artificial world.
Luke immediately tried to stabilize himself, but the destruction was already spreading toward his position.
Before the collapsing world could reach him, the twelve Cosmic Heart copies disappeared together with their Cosmic Systems, while the Crown of Creation faded behind Luke’s head and Vorthar rapidly reverted to his normal human body.
Elythos vanished immediately afterward.
Luke barely had enough time to realize what was happening before two gigantic blue hands suddenly manifested within the collapsing world.
One swept toward Luke and enclosed his body before the advancing destruction could touch him, while the other reached through the storm of shattered crystal and gathered the two Origin Fragments left behind after the destruction of the Origin Titan’s body.
Then, before the trial world completely collapsed, both blue hands pulled Luke and the fragments away from the destruction and disappered.
