Shi Lang’s conjecture was wilde and bold. It caused the two people to look at him with wide eyes, but they couldn’t say bring themselves to reject it. Naomi kar looked at Shi Lang and said, “To think that Hall Master Shi would be of the same mind as my grandfather, we are indeed fated.”

Shi Lang waved his hand and replied, “Fate or not, we do have the same conjecture. The question remains, how can we prove it.”

The people nodded and thought about it, and after a few moments, Nishan said, “Well, once upon a time, I heard a legend in my race.”

The two people turned to look at him and then Nishan said, “Well, they said, that many epochs ago, all the myriad races lived together. The world was also one big plain that handled everyone and had a complete set of laws. Then someone managed to locate the world consciousness.

Generation after generation they passed down this secret in their family and safeguarded the world consciousness. However, the knowledge that the world consciousness gave them led this one family to conquer their entire race, and then the world. It wasn’t until the ambition of one individual grew too much and he came up with the thought to fuse with the world consciousness itself.

It was that process that caused the world consciousness to be injured greatly. The people of that clan realized that they could not digest the full scale of the world consciousness, and then only selected the part that was suitable for them and scattered the rest of the left over into what it is now.”

Shi Lang and Naomi heard Nishan speak of the legend and the latter asked, “Since your family has such a legend why didn’t you tell anyone?”

Nishan shrugged and replied, “None of them are convinced about such a situation being real but they are only passing down the legends to the people. I have also thought that it was just a lesson for us to not give into the temptation of greed.”

The Terran looked at Nishan and said, “Well, if that is the case, then we have the historical evidence, but I am afraid none of the legends are true until proven. We might need to explore our realm planes to find out the fragments of the world consciousness. Doing that is the only way for us to find any clues. I am sure that you have trusty worthy friends in your races, but I would not recommend you to mention of this anywhere, specially you, Young Chief Nishan.”

Naomi chuckled and Nishan sighed as he said, “How about I stay in this world for the time being?”

Shi Lang rolled his eyes and said, “Yeah, make them suspect you more. Do you think that the Realm Lord is all on his own? His race must be filled with stronger individuals and also, he might have strong allies as well. We cannot raise flags to any of them, or that cynical creature might come for us.”

As he said this, the two people realized that it was not an easy situation for them to handle, one mistake can lead to doom, death would be their last concern. After a few moments, Naomi began to describe him the different realms of the Sage stage, after which she gave him the details of the realms higher than this.

Mortal Sage, Sage King, Immortal Sage. These realms were divided in three sub categories and various conditions were needed to fulfill to attain these realms. Shi Lang was surprised to hear the details, and he was fulfilled with the discussion, and finally he said, “Warring Princess, your words almost caused my brain to explode. It is really good to find that their is still much left to learn in this world.”

Then the two people decided to go back, they have already been staying in the human realm for fifteen days, and it was time for them to head back or their elders would start having ideas. The cooperation was achieved and the goals have been met.

After the two of them left, Shi Lang looked at his friends who have come over to ask the questions, Shi Lang naturally shared all the details with them and then he said, “Do you all understand the gravity of the situation at hands? We have to seal this news and only the upper echelon of the Asura hall will have the right to discuss and investigate. I don’t want those opportunistic bastards outside to find out and spread it across the lands and the enemy to catch a hint that we are looking into the situation. Also, at the same time, just stuff their minds with the information of the higher realms of cultivation.”

The people nodded, and decided to circulate the information of the higher realms with a great spur so that the people don’t suspect anything else.

Shi Lang was practicing his sword arts when he found a shock wave spreading across the Asura Hall, then he smiled and looked at the direction where the shock wave originated from and he saw a huge array lightning up around the Asura Hall. This was to weaken the shock wave. Their were many things that could not be hidden and if hidden they would cause an even bigger mess. So, Archie Arkham had convinced people to equip all the cultivation rooms with dampening arrays.

Shi Lang walked around the Asura Hall before arrived at the door of the secluded cultivation room, and soon, Amelia stepped out of the room dressed in a white cultivation robe, and she smiled when she saw Shi Lang. She said, “Just a few minutes, I will be back.”

Shi Lang nodded and then he saw her fly away to handle the tribulation. Amelia had advanced to the second stage of the Sage realm, she was not the acolyte. Her strength was higher than Shi Lang in terms of cultivation realm.

Tian Long appeared next to the man and asked, “So, what have you decided now?”

Shi Lang asked, “What do you mean?”

Tian Ling asked, “Well, your wife has gotten stronger than you, what would you do?”

Shi Lang rolled his eyes and said, “What is there to do about this situation? She is stronger that is her own hard work, what does it even have to do with me? Also, why are you bothering with the dynamics between us? Why are you not worried about yourself? Sister Yue is already very strong, and you are even weaker than her. Go work hard instead of slacking.”

Tian Long sensed his stomach firing up and then Shi Lang went outside from the Asura Hall to observe the tribulation. It was not that he didn’t know how to advance his realm, but he had been taking time off to ponder over some other questions that bothered him. After a few minutes, Amelia returned, she had finished the tribulation and she was radiating with a dim glow of the five elements, and Shi Lang embraced her as he said, “Congratulations on the break through. You are the strongest in the human realm now.”

Amelia shook her head and replied, “I am not, I just realized that strength has nothing to do with the cultivation realm.”

Shi Lang raised his brow and asked, “What do you mean?”

Amelia replied, “I have to learn a major Dao Law to proceed to the next level.”

Shi Lang nodded silently before he replied, “Yes, but don’t force yourself over this, cultivation is a process that is slow and only slow is smooth.”

Amelia nodded and gradually her glow faded and she returned to the mundane beauty form. She said, “I have learned to contain my aura. When I push it to limits I appear no different then a slightly stronger mortal. I can change the intensity of this very easily. So, I will control it to radiate the pressure of the Initial Sage realm.”

After a few minutes, they returned to the sect and Shi Lang asked, “How long as it been since I have made wild love to you?”

Suddenly Amelia jolted over and she turned to look at him and asked, “What is up with you?”

Shi Lang shook his head as they walked towards their residence, “I have no idea. It has been ages since I felt the fire burning inside me so intensely.”

Amelia blushed faintly as she replied, “You are a hooligan, Lang.”

Shi Lang chuckled and replied, “Well, if their is anyone to be blamed for this, that it is you, and your charm. I think we should go to some secluded place, all the daughters have grown into very strong and they can catch even the telepathic waves we emit.”

Amelia nodded slowly and while blushing she said, “I know a place where we can go, but you would have to disguise yourself.”

Shi Lang raised his brow and turned to look at her with interest and asked, “Where are we going then?”
