“I will provide you with the necessary supplies, including food, weapons, and a range of assistance.”

“As for my request, it is only one: to prepare a piece of land for me, land that can accommodate hundreds of thousands of people.”

“My subordinates are facing an irresistible calamity. If you can’t accept this, I think we can only rely on force to solve everything.”

Chen Feng’s words seemed very arrogant, yet his tone was calm, as if everything was insignificant.

War?

The Chieftain couldn’t help but frown upon hearing this. Rationally, she felt angry, but Chen Feng’s attitude didn’t seem to be joking, so she spoke resolutely, “We’ve been here for generations. Even if it means war, I will not hand this place over.”

“You’re terrifying.”

“But no enemy can make the Naya race compromise. If there’s war, we’ll fight back, even if it results in death!”

“I’ve come here representing my utmost sincerity.”

“If you choose war, we will accompany you to the end. This is our homeland and it cannot be taken away by you! The Naya people never compromise!”

“Never compromise!”

“Never compromise!”

“Never compromise!”

The Chieftain’s words resonated with her people, and at this moment, the surrounding guards and even the deer began shouting loudly. Now, they were no longer contemplating the terror of Chen Feng but rather had faces filled with a resolve for death!

“It looks like I’ve played a big game!”

Chen Feng initially intended just to give the other party a warning but hadn’t anticipated the Chieftain to be so tough.

The situation seemed to be changing towards an unknown area. Is war really the only option now?

Chen Feng suddenly smiled and said slowly, “The deer fear [It]. I guess it’s a common nightmare for you all. If… I can alleviate the pressure [It] imposes on you?”

The Chieftain remained silent.

She was prepared for war, but Chen Feng instantly struck the soft spot in her heart. Her situation was already very precarious. If [It] went completely out of control, it wouldn’t just be a fatal blow to herself but to the entire land!

Li wasn’t afraid to die, but she didn’t want the entire Naya race to vanish.

Chen Feng looked at her conflicted expression and knew he had made the right gamble.

In her heart, the Chieftain felt uneasy and fearful, yet at this point, there was no retreat. Instead, she took a few steps forward, meeting Chen Feng’s gaze and said, “Even if [It] is on the verge of losing control, I won’t give this land to you. If you want to take over here, you’ll have to kill me first!”

Looking at her defiant stance, Chen Feng smirked and then spread his hands:

“When did I say I wanted to take over here?!”

“Respected Chieftain!”

“My subordinates are currently facing an unprecedented disaster. I unintentionally discovered this place, which is why I suggested carving out a piece of land for me.”

“I hold no malice, never thought of an invasion; I just want to be your neighbor and settle my people here to live.”

“No invasion? Just a small piece of land?” Li questioned suspiciously.

“Yes, I just want a piece of land. I won’t disturb your life.”

After speaking, in his heart, Chen Feng added “for now.”

Humans might be the most resilient beings, and once given a land to survive, no matter how many challenges surround them, they will eventually conquer!

Hundreds of thousands of people are just a seed, and once this seed roots in fertile lands, what changes might occur, even Chen Feng cannot control!

Naya?

This might be the name of the race, as natives, humans cannot easily shake them in the short term. But in due time?

The future is too distant, even with Chen Feng’s analytical capacity, he can’t predict the changes over decades or even centuries. This is why Chen Feng wasn’t lying, for at this moment, he hadn’t thought about conquering the Naya race!

Compared to conquering, Chen Feng now seeks cooperation because this world holds too much mysterious substance, and as the natives, the Naya race might know more hidden truths.

Exploiting resources and enhancing Order is Chen Feng’s true objective, as the Human World remains his primary battlefield!

Despite Li’s tall stature, Chen Feng chose not to look up to her but instead rose into the air, looking directly into her eyes.

This small gesture informed Li and everyone else that even when facing the Naya race alone, Chen Feng remained fearless.

“I can provide you the help you need.”

Chen Feng gazed directly at Chieftain Li and spoke slowly, “All I need is a piece of ungoverned land.”

Upon hearing this, Li bit her lip and whispered, “Can you help me deal with [It]?”

Chen Feng, in a playful manner, examined the Chieftain; from the moment she uttered those words, it meant she was wavering. This is a very positive start.

“I can’t be sure; I need to try.”

Chen Feng wasn’t lying.

Even a Half-Step Epic suppressing a deity is utterly unrealistic!

But Chen Feng possesses the altar, an altar that seems to manifest the Abyss, and his belief comes from sensing the deity’s presence upon the altar.

If successful, the benefits he would attain are immeasurable.

Success brings great joy.

Failure, Chen Feng can entirely choose to walk away from this matter as he has absolute discretion here.

The Chieftain didn’t show an angry expression; she knew the terror of [It], and thus never expected anyone to truly suppress [It]. Even Chen Feng was terrifying and invincible, but compared to [It], the difference was like comparing fireflies to the moonlight.

Yet the Chieftain refused to relinquish this opportunity; even if it’s slim, as long as it’s beneficial to Naya, she’s willing to try.

“If you truly can do it, I’m willing to offer you a piece of land, but on the condition that you make some changes to [It].

Chen Feng squinted his eyes, his gaze making Li feel starkly exposed, this gaze seemed to penetrate her soul, rendering her entirely defenseless.

“You didn’t lie!”

Chen Feng smiled and nodded, speaking slowly, “When doing business, there’s always an upfront deposit. You can take me to where [It] sleeps, and I’ll give you a satisfactory answer.”

“If I succeed, I hope you’ll remember everything said today.”

“You don’t need to worry. If my people move in here, we’ll help you transform this world, making life more convenient for everyone!”

“I will offer my sincerity, ensuring that you realize every decision you made today was right!”
