Chapter 752: Chapter 430: Dual Domain, Twelve Traits (Part 2)

This will be a true ’preceding legendary driving the latter legendary’.

"You should return to the Spring of Stagnation to continue your rest and consolidation," said Ovis with a grin. "Although a clash between Legendary Giant Dragons almost erupted today, in another light, it’s actually beneficial."

"The nature of the situation has gradually escalated from personal vendettas to conflicts between Dragon Domains."

"As such, the Dragon Kings can no longer remain silent."

"I estimate it won’t be long before a decree representing the will of the Dragon Kings is formally issued."

"And apart from the Bronze Dragon King in the Raging Waves Dragon Domain, who has always been harsh on the Evil Dragon bloodline, the other Dragon Kings understand reason. They won’t tolerate the continued fermentation of events that tarnish the reputation of the Dragon Domain and undermine internal unity. You need not worry too much."

Galos nodded and said, "I understand."

"Dragons like Siano, who are so obsessed to the point of ambushing kin, are indeed a rare minority. His actions do not influence my view of the majority of Metal Dragons, who uphold justice and honor."

"I have always believed in the character of the Metal Dragon Race as a whole and the wisdom and justice of the Dragon King Majesties."

If goodwill could be visualized, then the surrounding Giant Dragon Elders, upon hearing Galos’s calm and rational words, would likely see many ’Goodwill +1’ symbols appear above them.

Soon, the gathered Giant Dragon Elders dispersed one by one.

Galos submerged back into the lake, returning to the warm and life-energy-filled Spring of Stagnation.

He took a deep breath, gradually focused his spirit inward, gently closed his giant dragon eyes, and began to quietly sense his Domain and attributes.

Whoosh!

Centering his Red Iron Dragon body, without any incantations or signs of energy activation, clusters of lively fiery flames spontaneously ignited.

A few breaths later, these spontaneous flames vanished into thin air like phantoms.

Soon after, countless metal materials began to condense out of nowhere, sometimes forming sharp blades and spears, sometimes solidifying into massive, sturdy shield barriers... and in equally brief intervals, the flames emerged again, while the newly formed metallic constructs vanished as if wiped away by an invisible hand.

Thus, an endless cycle.

The fiery flames and hard steel, these two distinct substances, alternated in appearance within the Spring of Stagnation.

Until a few minutes later, the Red Iron Dragon suddenly opened his eyes, gleamed brilliantly, and the peculiar scene around him that defied logic abruptly stopped, returning to calmness.

"Fiery Flame and Steel... my Dual Domain."

His gaze showed a thoughtful look.

"Unfortunately, they currently seem unable to coexist, only appearing one at a time. Moreover, switching from one Domain to another requires at least a few seconds interval, making it impossible to switch at will instantly during rapidly changing battles."

Dragons often rely on their long life to accumulate self-growth, achieving an overall life level of the Legendary Tier, rather than, like some practitioners, cultivating a particular pathway to the legendary stage.

Therefore, the Legendary Domains of Dragons are usually closely related to their innate bloodline attributes.

For instance, Red Dragons commonly awaken the Flame Domain, Blue Dragons master the Storm Domain, Silver Dragons possess the Frost Domain... these are all things recorded in the Dragon’s Legacy and can be expected.

The Old Golden Dragon once said that attributes define a Legendary Giant Dragon more than Domains.

This wasn’t without reason.

After all, the Domains among Giant Dragons are highly similar.

But what surprised Galos himself was his simultaneous awakening of a Dual Domain.

Even among Mixed-blood Dragons like him, as recorded in the Dragon Race’s Legacy, it’s common to awaken a single Domain; having two clearly distinct Domains is quite rare.

Nonetheless, this is ultimately a positive thing for him.

Although strong, a Domain is not invincible.

Once a powerful force completely shatters it, the Domain cannot be reformed in a short time, requiring time and effort to reshape.

With a Dual Domain, the situation is entirely different.

When Galos’s Flame Domain is broken by an enemy, he can almost seamlessly switch to the Steel Domain to continue fighting.

"If in the future my mastery over my Domain further improves, and the Domain’s self-repair speed is fast enough..."

"My Steel Domain just got shattered, but the Flame Domain is already repaired and can be deployed again; when the enemy finally manages to break my Flame Domain, the Steel Domain would have been reformed..."

"In such a cycle, wouldn’t I be invincible?"

Galos delightedly contemplated in his heart.

At the same time, many new questions and expectations arose within him.

For instance, with his continuous growth, evolution, and deeper exploration of the Domain in the future, will this Dual Domain ever be showcased simultaneously?

Or even... merge together, producing a qualitative change greater than the sum of its parts, forming a more powerful new Domain?

These possibilities await his future exploration and discovery.

Then, Galos calmed his mind and gradually shifted his focus from the Domain to his attributes.

The formation of attributes is relatively less directly related to bloodline.

Although these attributes were sculpted during his Sleep Stage, Galos felt them with exceptional clarity.
