Chapter 254: Training Room (3)
Chapter 254: Chapter 254: Training Room (3)
Li Feng blinked at the sudden seriousness from Ning Jianli.
Sensing her determination, he straightened up slightly, gave a small cough, placed his hands behind his back, and began to walk slowly.
“Ahem. It is exactly what it sounds like. I want to personally give you some guidance and training regarding your mortal body.”
Ning Jianli tilted her head slightly at his words.
“Training my mortal body?”
Her tone carried faint confusion.
Li Feng clasped his hands behind his back and began pacing slowly in front of her, adopting the air of a strict senior instructing a junior.
“Yes,” he said gravely. “I noticed that many of you have sharp senses and powerful cultivation. Your foundation is solid. But your mortal body…”
His gaze drifted over her with deliberate slowness….especially lingering on her large, pale breasts before returning to her eyes.
“…is still lacking discipline.”
Ning Jianli frowned faintly.
“My body… lacks discipline?”
Li Feng stopped pacing and nodded, as though he were discussing something of utmost importance.
“You rely too much on instinct when overwhelmed. Your muscles tense in the wrong places. Your balance… while admirable, can still improve under…unconventional pressure.”
Her lashes lowered slightly as she processed his words.
“As a sword cultivator,” he continued, voice steady, “your body must obey your will completely. No hesitation. No loss of control, even in… extreme circumstances.”
Of course, all of that was just nonsense he was spouting.
But the part about wanting to train their mortal bodies was true…
Even though it was purely for his own enjoyment.
Right now, Li Feng looked serious, like an elder lecturing a disciple.
… It would have looked that way, if not for the fact that he was completely naked while his little brother still standing brick-hard like that.
And strangely enough, Ning Jianli felt his words actually made some sense.
It was true that the sect usually emphasized training, but it mostly focused on cultivation and sword techniques.
While that could still be considered training the mortal body, she had never gone through anything that extended to or focused solely on training the body itself as that simply meant body tempering.
Ning Jianli’s eyes brightened at the thought.
She knew how powerful Li Feng’s body was, so he must possess a great deal of knowledge about training the mortal body.
“Then what kind of training does Senior Brother intend to give?”
Her voice was full of expectation.
After all, the disciples of the Heavenly Sword Sect always craved strength.
Given the opportunity to be personally guided by a powerful body-tempering cultivator like Li Feng, Ning Jianli definitely didn’t want to miss it.
Li Feng stopped in front of her and looked down as he replied seriously.
“Endurance, control, and focus.”
He crouched slightly so they were at eye level.
“I will give you some personal instructions. Make sure you’re able to complete all of them otherwise… you are not fit to be my sword maid.”
At his last words, Ning Jianli inhaled slowly, then exhaled just as steadily.
“I understand.”
She shifted her posture on her knees, shoulders squaring properly now.
Her hands resting lightly atop her thighs in a formal position of instruction.
“Please guide me, Senior Brother.”
“Good.” Li Feng smiled, straightening again and returning to his pacing.
“Stand up… take off all of your clothes and get into squat position.”
Ning Jianli blinked slightly, but she obeyed without hesitation.
Slowly, she rose to her feet and removed all of her robes.
Soon, her trained, naked body was fully exposed in front of Li Feng.
Without any shame, she positioned herself into a low squat with her tone thighs tense, back straight, arms extended forward for balance.
Ning Jianli couldn’t help but think this was such an easy training.
After all, she wasn’t some frail woman,… she was a cultivator.
Still, she didn’t question Li Feng.
Li Feng circled around her, observing every detail of her form like a master inspecting a freshly forged blade.
“Lower your center of gravity more,” he instructed, voice steady and calm. “Feet shoulder-width apart. Knees tracking directly over your toes. Every muscle in your legs must respond to your will, not your instinct.”
Ning Jianli nodded and adjusted accordingly.
Drip…
Just then, she felt something warm flow out from her entrance below.
She realized it was the liquid that had pooled inside her began to leak, trailing slowly down her inner thigh.
But Li Feng’s stern words cut through her fleeting distraction.
“This is your first lesson: hold your current posture. Spine straight and chin level.”
She obeyed immediately, locking her form back into place.
Even in this vulnerable, exposed state, there was something almost majestic about her composure.
Li Feng continued to circle her slowly.
“Now…,” he added casually, “regardless of what happens, you are not to lose focus. If your breathing falters or if your stance trembles, I will consider it a failure.”
At his words, a faint spark lit her eyes.
“I will not fail.”
Li Feng’s lips curved into a faint, approving smile at her resolute answer.
He stopped behind her once more, his gaze fixed on the subtle rise and fall of her back as she regulated her breathing.
Slowly, deliberately, he lowered his eyes to the shapely curve of her peach-like rear, where his seed continued to drip in slow, glistening trails down her inner thighs.
The sight stirred something primal in him, yet his expression remained calm, almost scholarly.
Looking at such an obedient woman with her posture perfect, breath steady, Li Feng nodded in quiet satisfaction.
Then Li Feng crouched low behind her, close enough that the heat of his body pressed against her back.
His hands slid forward, cupping her full breasts from behind and beginning to mold them as his fingers sinking deep into the soft, pale flesh.
His thumbs brushing over her already stiff pink beads with slow, possessive rolls.
Ning Jianli, who could feel a hot tip pressing against her back, glanced down slightly at the hands roughly playing with her breasts and let out a faint smile.
’Is this a test?’
She thought Li Feng must be testing her resolve rather than truly training her body.
After all, it felt far too easy.
And even if this was merely a test, she refused to relax her guard.
His earlier words had struck deep, making her wonder…. Did she even truly qualify to become his sword maid?
Senior Brother was both magnanimous and righteous, not to mention so talented and overwhelmingly powerful.
Surely countless disciples would vie for the honor of serving at his side.
Just as her thoughts began to spiral, Li Feng released her breasts with a final, appreciative squeeze and letting out a quiet, satisfied sigh.
He rose smoothly to his full height once more.
Then, he began to take out the equipment he had personally crafted.
… And this was the true training.
