Chapter 112: Why Are You Staring at My Member?!

  • Next Chapter

Lucien woke up to sunlight spilling through the windows, a stiff shoulder, and roughly a hundred pounds of fallen angel using him as a body pillow.

Evelisse was curled against his side, one arm draped possessively over his chest, black hair a wreck across the pillow as one of her legs were on top of his.

She had the iron grip of someone who had made peace, in her sleep, with the fact that he wasn’t going anywhere.

Licine checked for the other but Aurelia and Seraphina were nowhere to be seen.

‘Of course they are already up, even after the crazy night we had.’ He thought warmly as Seraphina was likely preparing breakfast as somehow that had become part of her routine and Aurelia was likely up for her morning training.

He glanced back down at Evelisse as she mumbled something unintelligible and burrowed closer.

“You’re quite clingy when you’re asleep, aren’t you, glutton wifey?” he murmured as he shifted a strand of her hair to the side.

As expected got no response, just a faint, contented noise and a hand tightening its grip on him as he smiled and let her sleep.

He checked the time and saw it was almost mid day.

‘Welp, we did go to sleep quite late.’ He thought.

“Good morning, my disciple!” Carmilla appeared floating next to the sleeping Evelisse as he was lost in his thoughts.

“You’re awfully cheerful.” Lucien raised an eyebrow.

“I am always cheerful.”

“Yesterday you threatened to erase me from existence because I wouldn’t let you watch.” He joked.

“A minor disagreement between master and disciple. Perfectly healthy.”

She drifted closer, inspecting his face with exaggerated scrutiny, clearly fishing for a subject change.

“Anyway, how are you feeling after your not so little dual cultivation experiment?” She asked.

“Fine, still a bit tired mentally but nothing to serious.”

“Really? You seemed to have plenty of energy for a man who spent all night running two simultaneous cultivation techniques.” Her eyes narrowed as she looked towards the naked Evelisse sleeping next to him and then to his legs covered by the sheets.

“Why do I feel like you’re implying something?” He asked smirking as he knew what she was implying.

“I haven’t said anything.” She quickly responded, he noticed that she said that a little too fast.

“Hehe, seems like even Goddess’s get embarrassed by mortal things.” He laughed.

“So my dear master, you never did tell me if you enjoyed the music?” He teased her.

“I have no clue what you’re talking about, my dear disciple.” Carmilla said circling above the two of them laying below.

Then Carmilla suddenly stopped circling as her face broke into genuine surprise.

“Wait a moment.”

She floated in front of him, studying his mana core and his body using a weakened version of her true body’s senses.

“Your cultivation?” She asked confused.

“You noticed.” He smiled.

“You’re still at B Rank?!” Her eyes went wide as his cultivation was exactly the same as before. She spun toward the bed checking Evelisse to make sure that there wasn’t anything wrong and saw she was the same as last time, still sitting back at F Rank.

“You didn’t use it for yourself?” She asked as she looked between the two of them.

“Like I said the theory held,” Lucien said.

“Synchronize the mana through the Yin Yang Scripture, which is the dual cultivation techniques name, then guide the improved Foundation Severance Scripture I made through the shared circulation and it worked on all three of them, but to do that I couldn’t dismantle my own cultivation otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to do it for them.” He explained to her, saying he could do his anytime, but the girls couldn’t as they would have to learn the scripture themselves which would take a long time.

Carmilla circled him slowly, studying his mana signature from every angle like she was appraising a particularly interesting artifact.

“So you really didn’t dismantle your own cultivation so you could do the girl’s first, isn’t that more reckless, you hadn’t even tried the improved technique yet and the first time you use it is on someone else?”

“When you say it like that, it does appear to be reckless, but there was no way I’d fail and I am a very loving husband.” He said as he patted Evelisse who was sleeping next to him.

“It was reckless, most cultivators spend their entire lives terrified of touching a foundation they built over decades if they even have a way for touching it, yet you tore theirs apart with no experience, using a technique you justimproved and successfully did it.”

“I had good reasons.”

“Naturally my little sisters are the best reasons, but you’re either a genius or a lunatic.”

“I am a genius, master.” He said jokingly puffing his chest out and trying to appear like an arrogant young master.

“Unfortunately, yes, but one thing I’ve noticed is that most geniuses are also lunatics.” She said laughing.

Lucien stretched, carefully sliding out from under Evelisse’s arm, and reached for the edge of the blanket.

That was when Carmilla noticed he hadn’t put on a single piece of clothing since last night’s experiment.

A slow, wicked smile crept across her face.

“Well, well, my disciple certainly seems comfortable woth his stage mommy.” She said as his little brother was on full display.

He froze hearing her then looked at her, looked down at himself and looked back at her.

“Carmilla.”

“Yes?”

“Why are you looking at me like that, haven’t you already seen everything already,

and a few times at that?”

“Like what, besides I’m simply checking my disciple’s body for any complications.”

“By staring at my member?”

“A master must be thorough.”

“You’re enjoying this, aren’t you just like last night?” He asked deciding to get back at her

“I don’t know what ylu mean but yes, I’m immensely enjoying your expressions, my suagr disciple is very cute to tease.” she said, not even bothering to deny it.

He sighed, grabbed a robe, and headed for the attached bathroom, taking exaggerated care not to wake Evelisse.

Carmilla followed, like always obviously.

“Why do you always come?” He stopped at the doorway as he turned to her.

“To make sure you’re healthy after all the things you did last night.”

“You just confirmed I’m fine, didn’t you?” He sighed.

“A lot can happen in a few seconds.”

“You’re impossible.”

“And you’re welcome.”

He gave up arguing as arguing with a shameless goddess was a battle no mortal had ever won, and stepped into the shower.

Carmilla parked herself on the basin and kept talking tp him through the steam, peppering him with genuinely sharp questions about how he’d kept two scriptures running without them tangling, whether the circulation had ever destabilized, how he’d compensated for Evelisse’s lower cultivation which she just started building.

She was still slightly embarrassed from last night and seeing his naked form brought up those memories, but she was way more interested in the dual cultivation technique he had as she asked all about it and he answered as best he could

By the time he was dressed, she’d extracted most of last night’s details and not one word of pleasing herself to their sounds.

Downstairs, the smell of something genuinely excellent drifted up the stairwell.

Evelisse was up and at the table, already demolishing a plate with the focus of someone defusing a bomb.

Seraphina stood by the sideboard, still plating food, relaxed and content as Aurelia came in a moment later from the master bathroom, hair damp and smelling faintly of roses and morning sweat.

Lucien paused in the doorway and just looked at them for a second, all of them glowing from last night.

‘They are the best wives, I really can’t understand what their families were thinking selling them off..’ He thought jokingly as a smile spread across his face.

He walked pver to Seraphina first, kissed her, then did the same to Aurelia as she joined Evelisse, sitting next to her.

“You’re in a good mood today, husband.” Aurelia said.

“Am I not allowed to be?”

“It seems me and my lovely sisters did very well last night, draining you of your milk, seeing how happy you are.” She joked.

“It was very good.” Seraphina nodded.

“So have you already done your morning training?” He asked her.

“She’s been drilling forms since dawn, looks like the pounding’s couldn’t keep Aura down.” Seraphina laughed.

“Training is important.” Aurelia said seriously.

“So is breakfast,” Evelisse said, already reaching for seconds or possibly fourths.

“How many servings is that already Eve?” Lucien eyed her plate.

“This is my first.”

“Her third.”Seraphina gave her a knowing little smile.

“Betrayal,” Evelisse hissed, pointing her fork at Seraphina like a weapon.

“How did you even eat that much, you were just sleeping minutes ago?” Carmilla asked curiously.

“That is a secret big sis.” Evelisse laughed.

The table was a proper spread, cinder grain bread toasted gold with whipped glen herb butter, and a platter of flame fowl eggs dusted in crushed pepper seed. Alongside pan seared boar flank lay roasted glow roots glazed with wild honey.

A silver bowl of mana berries sat off to the side, pulsing with a faint violet luminescence, clearly meant exclusively for Evelisse while a steaming pot of star citrus tea rested beside a frosted jug of dire wolf milk.

“I wanted something that would help rebuild everyone’s reserves after last night’s intensity,” Seraphina explained, setting the last plate down.

“Nothing fancy but all nourishing.”

Lucien helped her plate the final dish before they all sat.

He’d barely picked up his fork when Carmilla sat on his shoulder, eyeing the food like a cat eyeing a fishmonger’s window.

“Disciple.”

“What master?”

“Think about your beautiful sugar mommy while you eating, okay?”
